Burberry should have done a better job in that area or included a shoe horn with the Burberry name on it in the box!! I had to totally loosen up my strings to get inside and I don’t have a big foot. I would suggest buying one of those tools that help you get ur heel in the sneaker. You’ll def need it for this sneaker. I like the style cause it’s different. But I wish they would have made some with black soles so I wouldn’t have to be so cautious about wearing them and getting them dirty. I have the white soles.

So worth the money the only down fall is if the white rubber soles rub into anything it creates a black scuff which I have still not figured out how to remove
