I am a Indian investor living in dubai.i own 5 studio apartments in dubai.i spent total 3.2 millions dirham(8,71,000 USD) to buy these.i am getting 4,50,000 dirham(1,22,000 USD) per annum as rent from these properties.i also got golden visa for buying these properties.but i live a normal life such as i don't drive luxurious cars or bikes.i cook food by myself.i don't often visit high class restaurants so I am satisfied with my earnings.

Gorgeous pad, will defo stay here when I finally make it to Dubai. One thing though - make sure you have a damages deposit policy... all that love and care which has gone into it needs to be protected ;)

The place looks awesome though you nailed it with the fit out. Dubai airbnbs generally suck and aren’t tailored to digital nomads for some reason. Great investment

Don't get me wrong, have been to Dub a few times. Fantastic place with futuristic touch. However, I found internet to be somewhat costlier and on the less speed and bandwidth. Here, in Bangalore India I can have unlimited bandwidth internet connection at 1gbps which is very stable at merely 4500 inr plus taxes, which is roughly 200 aed pm. At this price point I can't even think of this fast internet connection in Uae
