I’m curious how accurate that statement is, I know that anything over 4300k the luminance decreases, also the higher the light colour is the less light you’ll see on a dark rainy night, anything over 5000k should literally be illegal, not because it’s too bright, but because you can’t see as well on dark rainy nights.

This Land Cruiser is already a soft roader with the independence front suspension because of people like you who don’t really want a real 4x4 but want a smooth riding car, you should look at buying a car instead.

This is a very nice luxury suv, I’d love to own one, although I would buy a second vehicle if I wanted to do an overland trip, this is a soft roader, a real truck would have a maximum of 17” rims, I’d love to see Toyota put out an off road version of this with a solid front axle and real mechanical lockers, the front bumper on this belongs on a car, the approach and departure angle are not very good at all.

Likely 4Runner will sell better. The big differences are style and price. Fewer will prefer the land cruiser style and stomach the higher price. 4Runner has trd and trail hunter options.

Car makers are gonna get a Hard Reset when they find out the public is becoming WAY MORE selective about a cars value. I was very hyped about this LC a year ago, but given our current interest rates and economy..id wait until 2026, these will be sitting in the dealership for awhile..OR people will just spend the extra 10k for a Lexus GX550 and get the real plush version of this...
