Overall pretty solid, but admittedly I would have liked to see the Darkhold be worked in via Pact of the Tome.

I'd make the Darkhold as a separate artifact on par with the Book of Vile Darkness. But if you're insistent on it being something easily accessible by her, the Order of Scribes Wizard subclass at level 3 gets Awakened Spellbook and would allow her to change around the damage type of her spells so long as she has the desired damage type in her repertoire and you don't have to get the meta magic feat and eat up spell points. And if you want to avoid multiclassing, there is also the Ritual Caster feat, which is something sorcerers can't do automatically do, but is something Wanda absolutely does do and also fits in with the Darkhold motif as it is a book that contains magic rituals.

With the mental focus, this build definitely feels very MCU based as I feel like they really leaned on the mental illusion aspect rather than her probability control, specifically in the beginning

The build is nice though not how I do it:
Custom Linage- Telekinesis
Aberrant mind 18 (have to keep Warping implosion)
Fighter 2 (avengers training)
And Scarlet Witch has a tiara she wears ;)
While I agree that Aberrant Soul is pretty slimy, Wild Magic is not the answer. She doesn't surge. Her comic book powers were chaos based, but the MCU is more psychically based. I saw an interesting psi warrior/illusionist build that was pretty good.
I think it's a pretty awesome and well thought build, would love to see it played someday 🥰

Relearning a lot of this. But you went with Wild. But pulling spells from Aberrant mind. Aren't these 2 separate. Hex is warock. Are you just pulling from anything or am I missing something. Like I said, I am relearning. Been a few years since I played. I been around since Advanced D&D started.
