नीट यूजी पेपर लीक मामले की सुनवाई आज सोमवार (08 जुलाई) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हुई. मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए सीजेआई डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा कि पेपर लीक हुआ है लेकिन कितने बड़े स्तर पर हुआ है इस पर विचार किया जा रहा है. वहीं, सरकार ने भी माना कि नीट यूजी का पेपर लीक हुआ.
इससे पहले, जिन छात्रों ने पेपर रद्द करने की मांग की है उनके वकील ने कोर्ट में कहा कि 5 मई को परीक्षा हुई थी और 14 जून को रिजल्ट आने वाला था लेकिन यह रिजल्ट 4 जून को ही आ गया. उन्होंने आगे कहा कि परीक्षा से एक दिन पहले एक टेलीग्राम चैनल पर यह जानकारी आ गई कि नीट का पेपर मौजूद है और साथ ही उस पेपर की आंसर शीट भी मौजूद थी.
छात्रों के वकील ने कहा कि परीक्षा करवाने वाली एनटीए ने भी माना है कि कुछ छात्रों को गलत पेपर मिल गए थे. ऐसे कई मामले सामने आए जहां पर यह कहा गया कि नीट का पेपर लीक हुआ था. पटना में इस मामले में एफआईआर भी दर्ज है.

अप्रैल मे जो NTA ने WINDOW खोली थी उस दिन 24260 के लगभग NEET के फार्म भरे गये थे उनमे से कितने CANDIDATES को NTA ने लाभ पहुंचाया ? ये बात कोर्ट मे किसी ने नही कही ।

नीट परीक्षार्थी को , मूल राज्य के बाहर परीक्षा केंद्र चून ने का प्रावधान बंद करना चाहिए. नीट बंद कर राज्यस्तर पर 2 स्तरीय परीक्षा prelim और main लेनी चाहिए
