@@grapplingberger I will tell you a secret. Most women are well aware of the power we already have. I don’t know why we would want to diminish it by standing on an equal footing with men. Harvey was a monster and he did horrible things. But let’s be honest, in many of those exchanges women were exercising their own power to get what they wanted as well. And many many women had that power where there was only one HW.

I think KK crying after she heard Leslye Headlands pitch was her actually breaking inside. She had found her Acolyte, someone who is as incompetent or worse than she is.
Episode 8 will have a laugh track and Smilo Ren's Master is revealed at the end as DJ Khaled, who removes his mask and says into the camera, "You played yourself!"
I predict it will end like Andor with a lot of people dying and going away for ‘reasons’. We will learn how Smylo Ren got the scars on his back and maybe something about the Knights of Ren and that’s it.
Script Dr's opin of Luke at the end of ROTJ was beautiful to listen to. Brought a tear my eye and reminded me why I fell in love with Star Wars as a six year old kid....
Loved hearing the nod to Howard Korder and Terrance Winter. They went on to do Boardwalk Empire after the Sopranos. Both had scripts that really cooked. I'm pretty sure Tim Coulter produced some Boardwalk as well but can't remember for certain. All giants, all HBO talent.
Hi, guys. Sorry I missed it due to some Xfinity service outage. I'm glad that Grace Randolph and John Campea are siding with us now that they're done with "The Acolyte." I'm done with that show as well, but I'm ready for season two of "Andor." Keep up the good work!
The writing in this show is horrendous. It was never in Oshas character to force choke Master Sol. She never had a hint of evil during the whole series. And when did Osha ever become a badass? The show never shown Osha lift a finger in the series and in one episode she becomes a tenth degree black belt? She couldn’t even use the force to draw Pip to her, where the hell did she get the power to force choke all of a sudden. The only part I enjoyed out of this whole series was when Pip squirted a load all over Oshas face. Other than that, this show mad no FN sense. And what the hell did the ending represent? Qimir and Osha are going to make Blackanese babies with biceps and that are going to trip and plant their face into the ground every five minutes?
Every Star Wars film made the force more magical By Return of the Jedi you can shoot lightning from fingers, fly, mind read & telekinesis. Midi-chlorians killed the jedi. A Sci-fi cliffhanger serial does not need religious nuts fighting. Aliens and sips and heroes escaping the villain & some fun is all you need.
what is fun, entertainment in tv shows and film and movies? acolyte is not fun nor entertaining. and clearly not starwars as it pretends (or "try" ) to be. it is like going to your favourite restaurant for the usual whatever and you were served 8-course meals, all weak soups and there are rather large flies swimming in it buzzing messages...which the head-chef had to be asked to explain her intentions, purposes and unspooling more threads...instead she should have weaved and sold a coherent, cohesive and competent show.
Can we for next stream, maybe get Dante to turn his mic down a bit? He just blasts over everyone. No shade, I really enjoy him but man, that mic is way too hot!!
