Now I have multiple questions
1. I have heard white rice and wheat is not good in fatty liver
2. We should not eat non veg in fatty liver disease
3. I have to travel in couple of days where home food will be impossible to get what should I do
Oh forgot to inform I have grade 1 fatty liver and I guess it’s because of alcohol
Simple answer is lots of fruits vegetables and water are your best liver detox. Everything else in moderation. Non veg food doesn't harm the liver, I've made video on how to eat healthy while traveling.. Hope it helps.

Can fatty liver be genetic? As my husband's SGOT, SGPT is always high even when he was regular with home food, very occasionally two pegs of alcohol ? At one point of time he didn't have alcohol for more than six years
Fatty liver is not a disease in itself. Simple exercise and diet control can take care of it

Sir mera aur meri sister ka liver sensitive hai. I don't take much alcohol aur heavy food usually but from last 2 years, I tend to see typhoid evry 6 month or fatty liver a bit. Though it's a bit but I feel symptoms alot. Like sleeplessness, headache, fat on body, indigestion itching on body rashes, vomit nausea sensation 😭 please suggest how to get rid of it forever 🙏🏻

Not bad in moderation. Too much is always harmful. It is basically excess carbohydrate which gets stored as fat in liver
