Thank you for this video. This is a big problem for farmers. They don't only waste your but also your time. You know farming is strictly time related. Sorry to say, from experience Nigeria workers are lazy, that is the reason we employ African workers like people from Togo and other West Africa countries. Having a farm house for the foreign workers to live also help.

When I explain the rudiments of dealing with farm workers to my clients, in their inner mind,they think I am strict or cruel
Using farm workers around your farm is mostly a very bad decision
They are the friendly enemies
