We only helped bend the rail. My stair guy does it really fast. The longest part is the sanding and shaping after the glue is dried. I would say a good 16 hours

Seriously 16 hours to clean one curved rail? 1 1/2 to 2 hours tops.

​@@scottwright388he also mentioned shaping. Not sure exactly what sort of end result is intended so I'm not sure what sort of shaping is required but I'm guessing that's probably the major part of the time spent

@@gregorsamsa1364 if you look at the vinyl bending forms, they are shaped to fit the already shaped bending rail. If you look up 6010b handrail, it's pretty much self explanatory.
