Badass!
Great insight
Nice cardboard shit box lol 😂 overseas that’s a dog house it’s not real construction 😂 … So not only your food is fake but your houses too are cardboard/ build to collapse 😂 .. Sad
I wish you would be more details step by step instead of music. Believe me your vedio is great.
I converted my 2 car garage into an ADU. 485 sq ft. I decided to do a studio instead due to the small space. I block one area using closet Wardrobe Armoires to create a space for a bed.
I'm looking to get a detached adu built in Menifee. How long does it take?
So we just went through the so call permit ready plans in Menifee and it still took just over a year for a permit. Still have to go through all the departments and they are very slow. Getting a permit is the hardest part once you have that build time is 8-12 weeks.
How much it cost to have one like this ?
@@forged_billions2 350 sq ft plus plans and permit fees.
@@stephensbrothersconstructi7294 thanks
Any extra fees to pay to the state?
@@JocelynMejia-gl4ub not to the state no. All fees go to the local jurisdiction.😀
Wow amazing. Do you guys do videos like when you started and then the finish.?
@@JocelynMejia-gl4ub we have a bunch of instagram stories throughout the entire build. Some are highlights on instagram. We are so hands on as in we do most of the work that it is tough for us to film everything.
What is this called?
@@sandrablanco1389 true position tools hardware jig
How thick is the concrete slab?
@@1_South_Business_Services slab is 4" with 4" sand 2/2 vapor barrier between.
I forgot I bought this jig just for pulls and knobs, 😂. I put pulls and handles in my new kitchen and bathrooms a few years ago and now wanted to do my last bathroom today. I found my extra knobs and handles, but forgot how I did my entire kitchen so perfectly, 😂😂😂 I knew there was no way I could have done them using my eyeballs, 😂
You call that a scratch 😂
Dang bro. This is nice
How much did it cost to run electrical and water from street?
I ran water off my main with its own shutoff and electrical is sub panel off main. Hard to say cost as I do most of the work myself and this is my residence.
@stephensbrothersconstructi7294 thank you, I am looking to do something similar building on top of my garage which is connected to my house. Any advice you can give for running water, electrical, plumbing? I found your video to be very helpful
Wish it was on a black counter top
why there was no blowout?
Looks like it was originally part of the house..and the inside looks amazing. These guys are killing it like always!
Look at the GE all-in-one ventless washer/dryer, save space, less mechanicals, less electricity. Great ADU! Do you guys do any work down in Kings County?
What does ADU stand for?
Accesory Dwelling Unit. Fancy name for casita or guest house essentially
We now live in a world where tatooed blue-collar men(dont mean that offensive) are the ones giving cleaner tutorials😂 damn the world has changed in the past 37 years lol
Its for sure changed. I am 40 and from when I was 19 to now definitely a lot less looks and I pretty much blend in.
Looks nice. Great work.
great job guys!
"No drywall repair" Step 1: destroy drywall.
Nope.
@@stephensbrothersconstructi7294 yep.
Yeah why do they all say that ...I have tile behind mine and I don't know how to NOT remove the wall !
I am renovating my kitchen by myself. This came in so handy for me, as I am clueless about most of this stuff. Thank you!
That thing make it worse is too abrasive
Nah
Would you consider selling the plans, because that is EXACTLY what we want to build for my MIL on our property. TY.
where do you live
@@stephensbrothersconstructi7294 We don't live there, yet, but it will be in Yavapai County, AZ.
Dust that’s it , that’s all u need been installing for 10 years all u need is dust from anywhere honestly just something with grit but I been using vacuum dust for years
Facts. And free too
And now there’s a big dull spot why would you do this to people your an ass
Is it weather proof?
Snake door is kool
For cheap quartz that use poor quality resin, SIMPLE GREEN
do you work in Fremont?
We are based in So Cal so that is not in our work area.
The Monroe brothers put a ribbon in front of the door. Ralph blows her bugle. And, the bedroom looks kind of strange and it never, ever looks better...The first of the closet door jokes is here. For some reason, the bedroom being in place moves the show closer to The Spot.
Did not work! Don’t try this! It just scuffed up my counters and left ugly patches on top of the scratches where I tried it 😢
Send a picture what type of countertop
NEVER USE BARKEEPERS FRIEND ON STONE. They even have it written as a warning on the can. You're going to remove the finish and destroy your marble.
Do you CA all 4 joints and put it up as a one piece box or is it two sets of 90's
Yes we glued all 4. You can absolutely split it like you mentioned. Allows for a little more wiggle room.
Size of the drill bit please.
5mm
Be careful with bar keepers. Don’t use on a dark stone. This work because the mark is not embedded into the stone. It is most likely pieces of the metal from a knife that is on the surface. Don’t over do it because it will leave a foggy mark where you wipe. Looks good from straight on but not from an angle. 👍
worked like a charm! note to self: don’t unjam staple gun on new quartz countertops
jajjajajajaj 1:50
PERFECT solution! I'm a fan of Barkeeper's friend but was afraid it would scratch. Did not just like he said. Wonder what else this smart kid knows? I'll subscribe! Thank you for sharing your ideas!
What about on the rim of my sink where my daughter scrubbed pots too hard and it wore down the edge a little
Thank you!
That's not even a scratch. That's a scuff. A scratch goes into the surface yours did not.
If it's under a microscope it's a scratch haha
Blowouts got nothin to do with those pieces of junk lmfao. You need a sharp bit, light pressure, or something supporting the back of it.
All I said was no blowout to appease a future troll. Didn't say the Jig had anything to do with it. Thought that was pretty straight forward.
Outstanding 👍❤️❤️
How to remove scratches from natural stone marble table
Tools / jic : do it fast . Goods carpentry
I read no vinegar on quartz, so used water, Worked like a charm, thank you!
You're welcome. AS far as vinegar goes have used it on my personal quartz for 4 years no issues.
