I heard traditional Korean temple bells, another song I swore I heard a traditional Japanese koto played, TOPLINE starts with a trumpet with a heavy damper on it .. their music is so textural, innovative & exciting & borders on, possibly experimental. It is very fresh , original & very well executed.

I would like to point out this is the official music video, if you go back at watch there are two different groupings of the stray kids interacting with each other. Like street rats sneaking into the circus to watch the show and then the other group are the performers. After watching the show the commoners were playing on the stage when the performers caught them. Instead of getting mad they wanted to see what they could do then they were performing together with both groups. Watch it again!❤

I really listen to Stray Kids & BTS very differently, all because your analysis during BTS Cypher, of the entirely whole new language, that Korean, cleverly blended with English, has created. You noticed this again & broke it down further, in Red Lights. Korean is beautiful, the way the words are sung. You pointed out how some lyrics in Korean fit with the music better, in some places & English in others. You are very sharp & I can tell, music is your life bro' & that is a beautiful thing.

It’s ok Max- They recorded versions of this in Korean AND Japanese!
Just to let you know for Japanese MV's, most of the time they won't have subtitles. & forget about using 'Auto-Generated' lyrics. Those are rarely even close to what they're saying.
So for future reactions, always check if they have English subtitles. If they don't, or if all they have is auto-generated, then you have 2 options
1 - You can watch a lyric video or just find & read the English translated lyrics online, then watch the MV.
2 - Just watch the MV without subs first, then do the lyrics. Lyric video(CCL) or read the lyrics online. Side-Note: Most Lyric videos don't have the correct translations & can/will have mistakes, so keep that in mind when you watch a CCL(color coded lyrics)

I hate saying Stray Kids is kpop, they're in a different class to kpop in my opinion 😊
They defy category which is fantastic , since not many can evade society's need to box & label EVERYTHING, into recognizable categories, in order to be acceptable.
It really takes a special & highly talented group of artists, like them , to really 🤔 think outside the box 📦 & create entertainment art, for which the likes of ,have never been Seen nor heard before. Hope you'll react to Muddy Water (by Changbin, Han, Felix, and Hyunjin) the next time, along with the version that Lee Know, Bang Chan, Seungmin, and I.N. did of it. It's straight bars, you'll love it but also maybe have a heart attack. I would say watch the color coded Lyric Video, then watch "Stray Kids 2nd World Tour "MANIAC" Encore Osaka - Muddy Water" followed by "Stray Kids 3rd FANMEETING ‘PILOT : FOR ★★★★★’ ㅡ Muddy Water (Chan, Lee Know, Seungmin, I.N)". Chan does Felix's lines, Lee Know does Hyunjin's lines, Seungmin does Han's lines, and I.N. does Changbin's lines and you'll really see that they can all rap.
Other than that, you need to react to "Easy" and "Side Effects". If you want more vocals heavy stuff, I recommend watching all their performances at FIRST TAKE.
