- Hey All! This is the first time having Black Sabbath on the channel, which feels like a crime! Although I'm familiar with their more popular songs, this one has escaped me until now. What a rocking song, I loved it.

Geezer sucked as a drummer…😂😂
Yesss, Yessss, I deserve that lol
LMAO 🤣🤣😆
@@Yeedeed 😁
But Bill Ward was a badass bass player

Sabbath best band ever
My favorite Sabbath song
This is one of the records I bought so many times in my life, 1972 one of the best years in all kind of music on this earth, so much magic, cheers from Xela, Guatemala, Central America.
Sabbath!! 🤟 My all-time favorite band. Mike, this is a killer track on a pretty great album! Other highlights include TOMORROW'S DREAM and SNOWBLIND. CHANGES is a ballad that is so good that it's been covered by artists from other genres. Great reaction. 👍
Black Sabbath are the masters of great transitions
Into The Void has to be their heavviest song, from 1971. :) Also highly recommended!
Anything from Master of Reality, really. Lord of This World is an often overlooked gem.
The drummer is Bill Ward. An Englishman whose main inspiration is the American genius Gene Krupa.
No, geezer's main inspiration was Jack Bruce.
@@Black1968Sabbath I was talking about Bill.
I was working all night, so I just got to watch this. I appreciate your praise, but it's you who's awesome! So many of the GVF Peaceful Army members on FB watch your reactions now, and they love your reaction videos too. We make sure they get posted over there! Yes, This is actually a 2 part song, as you figured. I've been listening to this stuff since I was a teenager back in the 70s, and I think theres nothing like early metal, Sabbath and the others. I completely understand what you said about the riff digging into your brain. That's typical of Iommi's guitar riffs, and I love it! Glad you enjoyed it, thanks Mike!
This is one of my favorites from a die hard OG Sabbath fan.
Fantastic tune that was a mantra for me in my youth.
Only rock band that i am impressed by their song s structure. Many bands have great songs but Black Sabbath s songs are really something else.Top level composers
And Tony s solos always on point nothing too long or showoff stuff
Black Sabbath to me, may not be the best band, but they are my favorite band of all time. This song to me, IS Black Sabbath. Of course debatable by most people. I remember as a 10yr old kid buying Volume 4 and playing it over and over. Love this song
Best band is a matter of taste. It s like answer who was better Mozart or Bach or who ever
Wow I think I just aged myself LOL I saw these guys 43 years ago and van Halen was the opening act and believe it or not they got booed off the stage, can't open for Sabbath with ice cream man sorry LOL, but this was hot👍👍❤🎶💥💯
can't go wrong with volume 4....oh no Mike, did you really say Geezer was on drums ?...I think I heard your bass sighing in the background
Hehe, we'll forgive him this time!😉
@@gayle8153 of course, nice request 🤘
this was so great!!!
*Gets really close to the mic and says in regard to this video** "OH THATS COOL"
Saw them 4x.....2x with Ozzy in the '70's....I've always found them quite meditative.
Awesome song!
Q: So Black Sabbath how heavy is your music?
A: Yes
🤘🖤🦇🤘
Gotta do War Pigs next !! You’ll love them drumsss! Wont be disappointed at all
Hey Mora, thank you for your comment! So I know most of their biggest hits, but if you have another suggestion, would love to add it to the list!
@@Yeedeed try the wizard or Johnny blade !
Umm... Geezer plays bass. That's Mr. Bill Ward on drums.
Bill Ward on drums.
Geezer was a great bass player
These lyrics kinda go along the lines of After Forever a Christian Rock message.
Most of Tony's solos sound similar. He noodles around in the pentatonic scale without much structure.
well you sir are a total moron it seems
Songs within songs Sabbath TM
Geezer was the bass player and lyricist. A great song; unfortunately this remaster is awful, as they bled all of the bass out for some reason. Somebody thought, "I know what would be great! Let's make it sound really thin and take out all the bass, and overcompress the drums to make then tinny!" It's nothing at all like the Iron Man solo.
Thank you for pointing that out. I agree with you 💯 percent
@@tony69em , you’re awesome!
