So sweet! 🥲 Must be nice to have parents who like each other. Hope their home is always full of love and blessings.
felttttt, i get jealous of my friends and cousins who have loving parents who are still affectionate after all these years, it makes me happy for them but a little jealous
little things matter too, right? he doesn't have to spend a lot of money to make her happy.
Agree. Just my opinion I think that we cant compare with others as every family has the things they are happy about but also has their own issues .
I feel you my parents argue for everything sometimes they love each other but it’s pretty rare they could go from laughing with each other to hating each other in 2 seconds one day I wanna be like these parents loving there children and loving each other no arguments everyday and every second
My advice to the parents of Ashley. She is giving you a sign to give her more attention. Don't neglect her by not giving her enough attention like his brother has. When she becomes a teenager she start to rebel against you. By finding attention to other people including bad people. I hope you reading this. Give both of your child's enough equal attention and love. ❤️
Hahahaha the son deffs takes after his dad with that kick-back New Zealand attitude 😂💀
Mum shouldn't worry too much They're really sweet talented kids. And he's such a sweet husband.
I work as an English teacher in an academy here in Korea and I can confirm that most kids have multiple academies they attend to. These kids are overworked and stress at a young age and just pains me to see them studying instead of being outside and playing with their friends. I literally teach middle schoolers till 10pm- they're so exhausted by the time they get to my class.
That is so sad. I'm very thankful I got to grow up in Australia and not vietnam.
Do they retain any of that at all? I can’t imagine anyone’s brain retaining all the information without enough sleep or breaks.
@@estefaniajuana9214 they retain a lot of facts etc to pass exams, but spend a lot less time developing analysis skills, ability to teach themselves, think about source material critically and present their own opinions in papers than in Western education.
@@user-ry6jj6kx2s that’s odd, analysis and comprehension I would argue is the most important part of learning. That’s too bad really.
No wonder, Korea has the most suicide count in the world.
The little girl kinda looks like a lady who turned into a kid, she speaks so elegantly.
I love their family!!! 💕 It's superb that they have an easy going-wise dad, I also appreciate their mom who expresses her feelings to her
daughter so she would not be misunderstood that she's favouring her son as they are together most of the time, and voiced out that she wanted to be closer to her daughter too (words speaks clearer than actions, specially to a child, since they don't understand the meanings of what you do most of time). You can also see that their children are really good at expressing their emotion and are not awkward.
Nothing's more precious than seeing your parents loving each other.
I love how the translators really lighten the mood with their subtitles😆👏
My most favorite editor in the world 💕 Someone give them a raise right now 💕💕💕
me cry 🥲💕
@@k-doc467 me love you
Lovely family !!!!!Father is so fun cool and understanding !
when listening to the mothers' conversations, I remember when my neighbors called me an autistic child who couldn't take lessons because I never played with friends my age because I was always at home to study and left the house only for school and courses.
it made me know that humans shouldn't always compare and follow what other people do, because this is a personal matter.
Man I’m glad I wasn’t born in Korea. A competitive society like that there’s no choice but to go to academy since public school is not enough when everyone else is trying to get ahead.
its not because public schools arent enough its because its summer in korea
come to India then......lets check if you would be among the 10000 kids to get into college from 200000 kids.....yup not competitive at all.......lol kidding I would trade studying in India for Korea anytime
@@gaeunpark9376 I am referring to how students all go to academy after public school. I lived in Korea I know what I’m talking about. This was more of a commentary on Korea not this video*
IKR? Imagine if the parents can't afford to pay for after school academy, it means their kids might fall behind unless they are super smart. It's tough being kids in South Korea. There are so many expectations regardless what they do.
it’s fact, korean students are studying so hard
HAHA camera man experiencing withdrawal**** i died.
why would he shake so much 😭
@@k-doc467 you are absolutely right
OMG their son was so handsome and the daughter is so beautiful... great genes :))
IM CRYING SHE WAS LITERALLY THE "🧍" emoji 0:20
The son "ERIC" is so handsome
Growing up I’ve always hated being compared to other kids by my mum. I still have that hatred in my mind and gets very sensitive whenever my mum would say the same thing to my siblings. I grew up measuring my success by comparing mine to others and as a young adult now, it’s tiresome. It’s very difficult to unlearn this but I have to.
Korea academy is a nightmare, some self study at school until night, if u ask many students especially the teenager, what theie them, most of them can't answer it, coz they only follow the flow, like study, graduate with high scores, enter good univ and accept in a big company🥺
God I'm so glad I grew up in Europe. It is so harmful to put that much stress on children and it literally has zero benefits.. There have been studies over studies proving that you learn better and more efficiently in a relaxed environment. Let your children make happy memories and form stable friendships when they're young.
Yeah there's a reason suicide rates are so high there for teens and those trying to study to get into or keep up with university.
kind of ironic since european schools are known for having some of the best schools and don't do the same hardcore curriculum of east asia
*laughs in France*
I wish i was born in europe, asian family really push me hard to study study and study…when i got bad score, i just want to kill myself
@@dilsafirlodia4491 there are some great schools here in the Uk , if they are stressing you out that much maybe you could get a scholarship to study abroad? or maybe do online school, education shouldn't be all stress xx self fulfilment is important and i am sure you will do great
aww the end is so sweet!
The translator deserves an award lol.. I love this
lol I am highly enjoying the english subs - thank you k-doc, the humor of the translator with extra subtitles is super!
When I was a kid I used to hate maths and always fail or get passing grade then suddenly after that, in class 8 I don't know somehow I became so interested in maths and science and now am electrical engineering.. Sometime I wonder what might have triggered in me to like maths suddenly..
pls i need this...
Maybe because the teacher and how they teach the right way? It happen to me tho. I was so good at math then the teacher just sonlacking then i lost interest and love physic instead
Teacher matters a lot.....whoever is helping you....CZcams, home tutor or school teacher......every child has almost same aptitude but only lucky find the right teacher at the right time, that push them and the gap becomes bigger.....
Me the opposite. I used to like math and science when I was in elementary. Now, I don't. It makes me wanna cry. I'm always so lost.
@@callmenoona5769 you're totally right
If only that boy knew that he would be popular among girls and even guys at school with that looks, damn.
I don’t think I’ve seen my parents kiss once in my 30 years of life lol
really??? not even once???
same but im 13 so 13 years of life
I thought my parents didn't show affection till i walked in on them once kissing. Maybe your parents just do it behind closed doors
@@forgetfulstranger no i used to share a room with them and now my younger brother does im pretty smart for my age even when i was younger and i never saw my parents do anything
@@yello8273 don't worry if they didn't do anything you wouldn't be here 😂😂. So in conclusion our parents did everything .

Hello. May I know their IG account?

Waitt when is this episode come out?
Probably because covid affected the Dad's English academy in SK with all the restrictions, so they decided to relocate to NZ for financial reasons.
I love this family so much!! And you too Eunjae, you family too ❤️
Eunjae Lee (translator) you are the best. We all hate school

You guys are my favorite CZcams channel ❤️❤️!!
I love the side comments! Hahaha! This episode is the best and sweetest in the series.
Love the family so cute made me tear up, may they live happily ever after
Lovely lovely family, I hope their home is always happy, I really enjoyed watching😊❤😍🇳🇬
I think parents should see their kid’s potential not to copy or compete with the society. My parents did sign me up for extra afterschool classes and private tutor for the weekends but ended up cancelling all of them because I can survive without all of those. Going for such just creating more damage on my academic.
I wish all parents out there look at their kids and try to understand them. Not all kids should abide with what considered normal.
I really really love the editor-nim. 👌🏻

Our mum has just decided to leave us be LMAO we just bum all day in our rooms and go out only to eat 🚶

Such handsome and beautiful kids😍😍
The beach scene where the family’s at reminds me of the K Drama Stairway To Heaven😭
the kids are bi-lingual...they already have a bright future
So amazing
When I was young, school starts at 7am and ends at 5pm. We have 30 min break in the morning and afternoon and the 1 hour lunch break. We still need to do our assignments/projects after school and also help with house chores. We barely have time for hobbies...hobbies are incorporated with our Physical education subject. I’m dead tired coming home. I can’t imagine going to an after school after I finished school.
Editor subs and the camera crew 👏👏👏

Fighting , you can do it. Even of it's hard you have to do your best, don't let situation make you down
What show is this?
you can just enroll them to international when they are mix lol why bother competing in korean society
legit question:
are there no paths to success as an entrepreneur in korea with set skills that doesn't require a college degree? doesn't make sense to me that a country that small could provide a job to everyone that caters to their degree.
I can't eve adopt fron that situation, it's really hard to go to different classes now that I am a college student how much more from that age. They're still young to be stress out, childhood must be enjoyed and be not a competition. Awards and medals are easily be forgotten but the happy and fun memories are always been intact in our mind and hearts even the day we die.
poor kids. pushed too much

Woah very hard to speak Korean. I know how to read but don't understand at all what it mean 😅
Let the kids rest oml
I wish Asian countries would let children be kids a little longer. At age 11 and younger and they are already at academies when the real important exams aren't for 7+ more years
It's the culture and because of the enormous populations in these countries (extreme competition with others), as well as social attitudes (these societies give great status to academic success, getting top grades, getting into top universities etc., and parents become embarrassed by their kids of they aren't doing well compared to their friends' or relatives' kids), and because the job market is extremely competitive and academic attainment is a screening criteria that employers use to filter out applicants.
However, countries like Korea, Taiwan and Japan, have low birth rates and in the future, there'll be far, far fewer kids for each school and candidates for the top universities. So kids that are born in the last decade and now, can look forward to easier school lives.

I immediately recognized it as I was interested in art and history as a teenager.
But it seems these days, young people in the West don't recognize these old master paintings and artists, which is sad.
.. i really hope you didnt use a picture of slaves at 7:11 and that i just saw wrong beacuse that would be extremely ignorant and racist.

This was a breath of fresh air after watching all the toxic Korean husbands/fathers in this program.
is it their biological father? because the children are more like Koreans.
Yes, he is. It is because their mom is korean. That's how genetics works sometimes.
Remember “white people” have an amalgamation of recessive genes that cause their lack of melanin, light hair and light eyes. So when they have children with someone who isn’t white, the their partners’ genes are stronger. Hence why mix-raced children almost never look full white and have more color to their skin, hair and eyes. Genetics are so cool. I studied it and got my minor in it.
@@ace-vb7lw you’re cool for providing this detail info!!👍🏻
