My 2010 A6 V6 TDI is tuned to 402whp and 818nm torque, it's a manual gearbox model. But i think there is much more potential out of it. Tuner stopped because the dual mass flywheel was not happy with +850nm torque. That's what they said. I left my car there couple days And i didn't saw the dyno runs personally. They called me when they where done with all the work to pick up the car. They installed a GTB2260vk stage 2 hybrid turbo and a CP3 pump . And after couple dyno runs, they turned it down a bit. because of the flywheel which is new by the way. I also could buy agressive camshaft and valve springs. But this mod is also not cheap. Iv"e seen a single turbo model from a a4 b8. that reached 600hp.
I have an audi a6 c7, its a a 3.0tdi and im been wanting to go stage 2, i want to remove everything but i havent seen a kit that will do it, i want a egr delete adlue delete , dpf delete, upgraded turbo, i just dont know where to g et everything
It would help if said where you lived (ie, UK, USA, Europe). But if you're in the UK, try Darkside Developments, they are well known for 3.0tdi tuning. I also have an A6C7 3.0tdi, and have had mine tuned up to 310bhp and just under 600nm torque, which I find perfectly adequate, also giving me 50+mpg on a run and 35+ tootling around locally. @@torquecars inducer 56 exducer 79 for compressor , 56 inducer 58 exducer for turbine , Variable geometry blocked, exhaust regulated by wastegate, less heat for the turbine, lower EGT, reliability, more power...air and fuel.
@@torquecars The problem of variable geometry, a lot of heat, gas exhaust, fast safety, with outer wastegate plus this problem, the enemy of diesel EGT high.

I brought a a5 s5 replica 2.7tdi with full stainless double pipe twin end pipes looks best part straight thro im not expect went to get it remaped said it already been done but badly they sorted it and did notice a bit of a difference but he up rated air filter standard box type tho but better it does goes like shit but iv no real history on the engine had a full service cam belt the lot so can only pray but would stage 2 take any more upgrades
It is impossible to diagnose these issues remotely as there are many possible causes, I would guess the fuel pump is struggling to meet demand (somewhere just over 300hp is nearing the limit on the CP4), it could be a fuel rail or injector leak problem, clogged filters and split fuel lines can also throw this error and it can also crop up if the fuel pressure sensor is starting to fail.

got a list of upgrades for reliability which would replace all the plastic parts?
