Repotting my Birds of Paradise Houseplant that had root rot.

So far I suck at being a #plantmom 🤣 this is definitely harder than I thought, but I’m really trying I promise. Pretty sure had root rot and some other Issues going on so had to seperate and repot the plant. As always advice Is welcome and appreciated. I posted an update. But on this plant it turned out to be a fail. Too far gone to save the rot took over the whole plant 😫 so trying my hand on a monstera now. Fingers crossed it does better than birds of paradise.🤞🏽
