The tips start at 5:25.
1) Figure out how much sleep you need
2) Exercise for health and energy (this also helps with motivation and going to bed on time)
3) Schedule exercise so it doesn't prevent you from going to bed on time
4) Make a schedule (have a purpose for waking up early)
5) Balance and prioritize your schedule & activities (set limits on how late you'll meet / stay out with friends)

Fun fact: If you tell yourself you're not tired, your body will stop being so tired, but the same goes in reverse. If you keep telling yourself you're tired, then your body will respond and become more tired. A very useful tip for falling asleep and staying awake!

I used to think I wasn't a morning person AT ALL. 9 am was the ideal wake up time for me, and always wished it was later. This year, I challenged myself to wake up at 6:30 am every morning and it's honestly one of the best things I could've done for myself. Who knew!
This gives me hope. It's so hard for me to wake up! But I really want that extra time in the day
As someone who’s living with my family, waking up early is amazing. I get time for myself without bothering anyone or wasting too much electricity.

Doesn't suit every Job though. I usually work until 10 pm. But honestly, I like it that way since I am convinced that I am an night owl. In University while working on my final thesis the best time for me to write was between 8 pm and 1 am. That was the only time I could really concentrate for longer periods and I also would have alot more creative energy than any other time of the day.

Same here like waking up early is good but you can't force yourself. You can compensate those extra hours in night and wake up well rested and refreshed if that's what your body suits.
This sounds like it could genuinely work, personally I've had really bad experiences with waking up late. So much so that I've actually been missing meals and been physically sick, I've fixed that now but I feel like this could really help me. Thank you
Hi!! I also became a morning person about 3 months ago and since then I am much more productive and I have time to read. It is very nice to see other people doing the same thing. I usually wake up at 6 o'clock to have time to do other things until 8 o'clock, when I have to be at school. :)
U are so inspiring and I am 12 years old, my school starts at 7:30 am and I used to wakings up at 6:45 but now however I am waking up at six and I feel amazing. I have more time for myself and it is so relaxing 😌

It is true when she said you must have somewhere to go when you wake up early bc that's the only thing that actually help me leave my bed. The moment i know, i have nowhere to go and just staying home, is the very reason i just can't wake up no matter what i do. All tactics fail for me in that case.

I love these kind of series, because I actually love waking up at 5am and having an early morning routine, whwn no one in the house is awak and your quiet alone in peace in the world, but the hardest part is the start, just the getting out of your nice, cozy, warm bed!!! But I am waaaaay more creative at night so I DO NOT sleep regularly at all, sometimes I go to bed at 5am,.....ups😑 Sometimes at 6pm so, any tips how I can balance it, how to not waste time AND not get up at 1pm AND still be creative?

Hey Maya ❤️ past 11 days I’ve been waking up early and been working out with my friends at around 6:30 or later ( out of them 1 was a rest day and 1 I did workout in the evening ) trying my best into it ❤️🙌🏻

I've always been someone who can focus more and be more creative at night. So when lockdown hit, this became my routine. It wasn't good at all! I'd wake up at 12pm and I was tired all day.
BUT! I've realised through being a cadet that becoming a morning person is the way to go. If I go to bed at 11pm, I can wake up at 6:30am and I end up being okay once I've brushed my teeth. A plus to doing this is that by 11pm I'm exhausted. I need to incorporate this schedule into my normal life not just on summer and winter camps because it takes me forever to sleep these days.

I really need this! Lately I've been sleeping 4am in the morning and I will wake up at 2pm at the afternoon. It is so bad that I only have limited time for my day because of that. It became my life cycle during the acad break and I realized that I've been wasting my break. Its always so hard to sleep even tho I go to bed early. Tomorrow our classes are back and now I am problematic about my body clock. Before I used to sleep during our 1st subject and not knowing anything. It is so bad and also my head aches. i got this recommended after i also started to wake up early. i ALWAYSSS rushed and i was always late, but then i started to wake up at 4 am, and be out the door at about 6 am. it would still be dark, and the wolrd just looked so beautiful. after i saw how beautiful those mornings could be, i started doing that every day
