Unicorp is going big! I was told they’re going to break ground on celebration point this year. They already have about a dozen tenants lined up

Ken, any videos/thoughts on Hunters Creek Southchase? Late 90s both were brand new. Used to love living there but it’s changed unfortunately for the worse. Sad

as a homeowner in Lake Nona, I've always loved dr Phillips. After I finish med school im buying a place in dr Phillips and rent out my place in village walk. a place in Lake Nona and Dr. P would be a dream come true lol. The only neg thing about dr p is the traffic. it's a nightmare I hope the new road construction can get it better.
I heard Lake Nona is overrated....is that true ?
Depends what you’re after. Newer, close to the airport, lots of good local jobs, away from tourism, walkable downtown…that’s lake nona

Personally? Lake Nona. But Dr. Phillips is more established. Its a known quantity. I’m just bullish on what’s coming to Nona.
@@kenpozek Anyone that uses the word "bullish" has my attention. LOL. Lake Nona definitely looks like it has a bright future. I can't say I dislike anything I've seen there from afar.
