I watched this video and saw that you looked at a Royal Bee doll in this toy hunt and wanted to let you know that stores (Walmart from what I know) is rereleasing series one LOL OMG dolls, I bought two of them today and figured I could run it by you so you don’t have to worry about purchasing it second hand!
Those stores are so cool. I wish we had more like that where I live. You got some cool finds. I've never seen that Spectra. Did Brett get anything? Glad you guys had fun with the board game
Still moving too fast for me, unfortunately I can't watch these because I get motion sick to easily 😪 Also I TOTALLY agree so many "collectors" stores don't do dolls, it's such a bummer!
I went to an antique mall after watching your last doll hunt and god I wish it was as good as the one you went to! Almost all the dolls they had were barbie (not rlly into her) and all the other toys were star war figures 😭 Still thankful I found some Breyers from the 60s-70s and my bf found a bunch of legos Also the thing you said about the “girly” category is SO TRUE and is exactly what I was thinking the day I went to my antique mall. The only “respected” girly collectible is Barbie when there’s so so so much more.
You’re always so lucky to get some great stuff, you’ll never find anything like this in the UK 🇬🇧 so but our charity shops are tiny but the good thing is most of our charity shops have an eBay account or sell stuff from their website too but they are usually into their clothes and furniture
I really love LPS too. I remember playing with them as a child and I really want to recollect them. It’s pretty difficult to find them where I live though. I found a bag of them at my local goodwill so that was awesome. There was two other bags but they were all stained and rott on sadly. Cool haul btw. This video was fun to watch :)
They were my absolute favorite toys by far for most of my childhood and I loved that my brother would actually play with them with me! I’ve been wanting to complete my collection of childhood pets but it’s close to impossible with the bandwagon collecting community. I’m just waiting them out at this point or hoping I find them second hand like I did in this video :) I’m so sorry they were stained :( perhaps it can be helped? Some of my childhood toys have rust stains because I kept them in a metal box and I’m still not sure how to remedy it :(
Omg the LPS bin was sooooo satisfying! Also I feel the struggle with the board games!! I love playing card/dice/board games buuuut almost no one will play them with me lol. I have had a Stranger Things Monopoly for 2 years and no one has played it with me yet😭
I feel that so hard… I have quite a few and Brett is just not into board games. I guess he grew up with a family that would actually play them so now he hates them. My little brother is super into tabletop stuff so I’m glad to be the one that he can actually play with when I visit aha
I thank you for coming back and record this place again! I was a bit bumped about the other video but it´s mainly because I live across the ocean in a country that has almost nothing like this anywhere. Very sad there is not much focus on toys and hobbies in general :( so this is really nice to watch!
Watching these videos from you made me go to an antique store as well and I ended up finding a Mattel “Flavas” doll with nearly a complete outfit! (As well as some other dolls) So thank you for giving me the itch to go antiquing ! (:
I was excited to see the Rainbow Brite merch. I loved Rainbow Brite when I was a child in the '80's and I still love her now! I used to never find anything good at our local thrift stores, but we got an America's Thrift Store last year and now I find great dolls all the time.

I really thought there was nothing like this here so I was SHOCKED to find it! It was hiding in plain sight evidently! That’s awesome that you’ve found a great store for Barbie!! :D even they can be hard to find second hand nowadays which is so odd as ten years ago they were everywhere. It just leaves me confused as to where all of these dolls have gone!
As someone who lives in ma one place I can recommend is the rayham flea market and by extension the Walmart near the flea market (it’s the only Walmart around that’s very full of toys! Since a lot of Walmart’s are known to not stock a lot) Tho disclaimer the flea market does have an odd crowd of people politically but the ones who sell toys are really nice
Original Rainbow Brite is SO GOOD, I adore it. I had a handful of episodes on VHS as a kid, plus the movie(?) recorded off the tv on VHS as well and I watched them alllllll the time. You’ll love it! It’s very cute kiddish 80s magical girl vibes. I’ve been working on making customs of the characters out of Shoppies dolls haha
I’m a sucker for board games but nobody wants to play with me :// I hate scalpers so much. The thing I would have picked was a pokemon ruby guide and that fairy figure from the bin

I've found that about... 90% of the time, the things people say are "rare" really aren't. People are just dicks. And I don't say it to be all "high and mighty." I'm not perfect. I've given in and overpaid for things too, but it doesn't change the fact that scalpers are dicks. I literally wish I could jump through the screen and explore this place with you! My nerdy ass is like, "where all the Titanic merch at? I want to find it!" Also, my boyfriend could probably play Pokemon trivia. He's been super into it since he was a kid when it first came to America in like... 1998. Time is crazy. LOL.

I appreciate feedback but I’m not going to pay some ludicrous amount of money to have marginally better footage that people would likely still have problems with. It’s a giant pain to film these but they’re my fave videos as a viewer so I want to make them for people… but I have pretty insane anxiety and it’s really hard to have the courage to film to begin with as it can create (and has created) really uncomfortable situations for me when people ask why I’m filming or ask me to stop. Stopping to film slower, take more detailed shots etc. has already been challenging but I’ve done it to improve video quality and, at least from my perspective, it’s increased it a ton. At this point I just implore anyone who has an issue to stop watching the videos :/ I can’t meet the standard so that is that.
I think cameras tend to make everything shaky no matter how slowly you walk (speaking in general). I personally think the best way to stop the dizziness is to just take photos and speak over them like a slideshow. That way people can pause too. :)
This is a video channel :/ I just won’t do doll hunts if 60 FPS HD video isn’t good enough. I’m not being paid as if I’m making a documentary and I don’t have the money to afford some insane setup. It’s already a lot to record doll hunts which is why most people won’t bother doing it. If this video is somehow still an issue then we’re just done with doll hunt vlogs

@@xCanadensis sometimes I find good stuff. There's only 1 savers in the area, unfortunately. There used to be 2. I collect random vintage stuff from the 50s/60s too so I also like going to the Clarence antique malls down the road. They do flea markets there too when its nice. I'll usually stop at both places so its worth the drive🙂
