It's so relieving to know that you know your stuff when it comes to AG. A lot of resellers don't. They just see one and call it by the wrong name and say it's $200 easy to resell when its not. It's so nice to see someone going thrifting and knowing exactly what you are looking at when it comes to dolls :)

Me, part of the Latinx community, I usually prefer making my sandwiches/Tortas at home rather than buying them at food trucks (in my opinion) I can cook and add what I like to it. I love to buy the fruit waters/Aguas frescas and raspados/snow cones (mango) if I do go to a flea market, very delicious and refreshing! ❤️

McDonald's Favorite Food: Classic Cheeseburger 🍔 Favorite Happy Meal Toys: I have all of the McNugget Buddies (including the European exclusive set & Australian exclusive set) The Madame Alexander toys were definitely the highest quality toys they ever offered. Favorite Flea Market Find: an antique dresser that I bought to store all of my sheets and pillow cases. It was in a stall inside the main building. I went back and forth on whether I wanted to buy it every time I saw it (which was at least once or twice a month for probably six months) and one day I finally asked the price. The guy said he'd been trying to get $50 for it, but he'd let it go for $20. I bought it, brought it home and it sat in my garage for probably two months before I got around to cleaning it up. When I was pulling out the old drawer liners, I found an envelope and inside was (I'll never forget this number) $5,570 - all twenty dollar bills except for seven ten dollar bills. All of the bills were from the 80's, back when the bills looked a lot different. I went back to the flea market the following week and asked the guy where the dresser came from and he said it was in a storage unit he purchased. I told him the story of how I had put off purchasing it for the longest time and what I found inside. I told him I liked the dresser so much that I wanted to pay him an extra $2,500 for it....that was an awesome feeling and he was literally sobbing in disbelief. I can't imagine him or myself will ever forget that. This was in 2012 and I still have the dresser and its STILL full of sheets and pillow cases!
I don't think I've ever found anything interesting at a second hand market but I live in hope. I would love to find a great doll, maybe a Sasha No Philtrum, now that would be absolutely amazing, in face any Sasha doll really! But anything dolly related would be really exciting for me. I really enjoyed watching this video and hope you'll make other ones like this in the future.

I love flea market! Happily there is one near my home every week-end (For the ones who knows Paris: "Marché aux puces de la porte de Vanves") . Sometimes there are dolls (antiques, 60s and modern). I got one last week end, a french doll from late 1950s (Raynal). Nice vidéo anyway i love 18 inchs dolls but here american dolls are rare, Our generation dolls are the ones in this category you find more easily. I don't have one (american girl doll)

So fun! I loved traveling from Denver to Ft. Collins looking for bargains at the various thrift and antique stores. There were several in Longmont that usually had something good. The row of stores that were along the road going into Fort Collins were good too. I’ll have to make a trip and see if they are even there now. I hope the April doll show in the Golden area is still going on. I always found something there. Sure miss the Denver and Longmont doll shows. They had all kinds of great things and they had doll making competitions too. Love this. Made me lonesome for Colorado. Thanks for a wonderful time. Loved this convention!

Hi Rachel. Just back from the Bent Fork flea market and county fair with you! You really know how to have fun and make the most of every occassion! I am dating myself but i do prefer the Chatty Cathy face to the American Girl dolls. But the AG Company is incredibly creative. Here in Los Angles at the trendy, upscale The Grove outdoor mall there is a 3 story American Girl emporium. Is this the standard? My prized AG item is a molded deviled egg(!) that I have reprogramed into an equally approperate Chatty Cathy summer display.

Im really a bad shopping enabler. I email doll ads and auctions to my friends. Also I curious how much the spaces are? It is actually hard to make your space by one dollar sales.

I am dating myself but i do prefer the Chatty Cathy face to the American Girl dolls. But the AG Company is incredibly creative. Here in Los Angles at the trendy, upscale The Grove outdoor mall there is a 3 story American Girl emporium. Is this the standard? My prized AG item is a molded deviled egg(!) that I have reprogramed into an equally approperate Chatty Cathy summer display.
Special emphasis on the stop over at the diner!

Im really a bad shopping enabler. I email doll ads and auctions to my friends. Also I curious how much the spaces are? It is actually hard to make your space by one dollar sales.

Paul is so adorable - He's a big ole sweetie. Enjoyed your video because it brings back memories for me. My Best friend and I used to go far out on weekends to her favorite flea Market. Her Husband was hispanic and we would buy all the veggies for salsa etc. I personally love to bargain, it's a thrill. Thanks for sharing
