Totally!😍😍
I don't know, Doncaster isn't pretty bad....

Great video guys. Gives interesting insights into a beautiful city.
Great video guys, what a cool city! ☺️
Nice to have stumbled on your blog. I am planning to visit South Africa for the first time. Capetown is definitely one of the cities I would love to visit. I'm also looking for a city outside the United States to make my second home after 20 years of service.
I just love you guys!! ❤️ ❤❤
Harriet and I can see why Cape Town is great place to live and visit. We are coming towards the end of the year. And Yes ! More Cape Town. As always, You guys' rock. The video was awesome.

I grew up in SA in the 80s and 90s, R40 used to be our weekly food shop for a family of three in those days 😅
We create new ideas for South Africa and your content helps us make new discoveries. The new world encourages you to create more great content. We support your channel.
Seattle coffee is feeling left out right now on that list 🤣🤣🤣 awesome content , love your videos
Amazing video my friend , thank you for sharing , have a wonderful day big like !!!!
Great video I'm a big lover of Cape Town myself ❤ but I'm just curious what type of remote work do you guys do?
I was in Cape Town last February. One of my best trips ever! The garden route, the safaris and the wine country are second to none! My second visit in 14 years. I hope South Africans can come together to deal with its many challenges. It has so much potential! Just got back from Costa Rica and it has its challenges as does the whole world. I’m looking forward to my next visit to South Africa. Ubuntu!
Good to know! We LOVED Cape Town so much. I can't wait to go back someday! You guys gave us a lot of great recommendations when we were there in 2020!
Great content keep it up
😂You know Claire has been in Southeast Asia for a long time when she wakes up and blurts out "kopiiii" for coffee. Love the compact, loft style apartment. Feels nice and airy with the tall ceilings and the details are very sleek and modern, looks like a luxury hotel room. I have a loft in Manhattan and pay very little for it, which allows me to travel a lot. Gives me peace of mind not overpaying for a huge apartment with lots of junk in it. Especially when I am paying for travel and hotels abroad and away most of the time.
Thank u guys ✌🏼😁💚
Our pleasure!
@@RhettandClaire ^^ cool
I rlly think about to moove to capetown or birghton :) im living in Germania and u tlly motivated me to take a Look at SA and decide 🤌🏼
Thanks so much for such a helpful video! My partner and I are digital nomads and we're keen to come to Cape Town. The only thing that puts us off is concerns around safety... any advice around that is welcome! Thank you! 😊
They have a full video on that. Check a few videos back.
Hey Beth! It’s just like every big city in the world, practice caution and you’ll be absolutely fine😁. We made a video about it: Is CAPE TOWN SAFE for tourists?😱
czcams.com/video/bnSXXoHkFdQ/video.html
Hi, so much fun watching your great videos - I'm thinking of coming to Cape Town for three months (April to end of June) - what is the monthly rental cost of the Suzuki Gemini?
Interesante lugar 🤙
Lets go cape town
I am strongly considering living in Cape Town! I am trying to find a way to transport my Siberian Husky across the world and it seems to be quite the task due to her size and not being able to travel in the airplane cabin 😢I googled Neighbourgood due to ur place being so cute! Love seeing Maui join you guys! I love her and can’t believe that she is trained to walk off lead for a Siberian Husky! My plan is to live in Bali when it is winter in Cape Town. If you have any tips on transporting a large dog from America to Cape Town and Bali….I am all ears! Thanks!
love you video, meels seems to me to be cheaper as in Slovakia :)
Another wonderful amazing incredible vlog mam love from Pakistan 🙂
Love your vlogs! Btw how is the weather like in April? :D
It’s still great! Definitely cooler because it’s heading towards winter but it’s great!😁🙌🏻
what are some areas in cape town you recommend and some you avoid?
Hi ! You can really do big things cycling ? Because I saw the size of the city is the same as LA size ^^’
when are you coming to Lombok Island again, but if you come to Lombok Island, don't forget to stop by at Lombok's unique cultural arts. Traditional Lombok battles. And greetings to all friends.
How much did you pay for the accommodation, i might be moving there and want know the exact number i should expect
Would love to go but so so worried about the safety going there solo.
You’ll be tooootally fine! It’s just like Paris and NYC. Don’t go out onto the streets at night and you’ll be perfectly fine. Otherwise join one of our Cape Town retreats😁🙌🏻
what about the water crisis?
but is it safe to use public transport? All I hear are very scary stories about going anywhere alone.
HI, how much you paying for your apartment?
My mom is a. Nurse in Cape Town
I'm a digital nomad from Zimbabwe and I currently stay in the Philippines. Montenegro in Eastern Europe and Colombia in South America are the other digital nomad friendly countries I've found to be welcoming for a Zimbabwean. A few years ago I stayed in George Western Cape, Garden Route close to Capetown, its actually where I first went to as a digital nomad. But it was very difficult for me as a Zimbabwean to get an extended visa which is ironic since I'm from a neighbouring country. Its much easier for Europeans or North Americans to stay in Capetown as digital nomads, but I can't say the same for digital nomads who have passports from fellow African countries. The tourist visa I got was limited to 2 weeks but Europeans and North American citizens get more, and can easily extend their visas. Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, The Caribbean, or Central and South America are all more welcoming for African digital nomads than Capetown.
That’s so insane. It’s definitely ironic but also just sad in all honesty. What’s one supposed to do on a 2 week visa? We’re sorry the country isn’t more welcoming to its FELLOW Africans😭
It's because they arent nomads......most Zimbabwians and other neighbours ont leave once they are here.....po
@@svendnielsen4777 is it just Africans who won't leave? Po was a nice touch 😂
Are you surprised? When in its history has South Africa been welcoming of fellow africans? And it's probably because they would be inundated if they were less restrictive. I've never been to Africa but Cape Town seems amazing. Clean and well developed. It's probably the best place in africa.
@@sal78sal Mauritius has the best cities in Africa, and the most scenic places. Elsewhere there's Victoria Falls, Zanzibar, Mtarazi Falls and the Eastern Highlands, The Garden Route that is in the same province as Capetown and many other places that would equally blow your mind. You should visit more places than just Capetown when you come to Africa.
Which is the safest & affordable place to live in CPT for 1-2 People?
Sea Point or Green Point🙏🏻
Hi, I've just paid for the pack, how do I veiw it?
Hi! It should have been sent to your email. Check your "junk" box as well
I'm going to Cape Town this week. I'm surprised you didn't mention security...? That is the thing I'm most scared about at the moment. It has the 12th highest homocide rate in the world.
We made a whole video on the topic and we also talk about this is in our full guide.
@@RhettandClaire Ok thanks for that.
Making me regret booking my ticket back to bali 😅🤔
WOW been waiting 2 years for a shirtless shot of Rhett.... finally !!! Smokin hot, more please 😉
Omg😂😂❤️

just dont walk down the road at night lol
The fact that Claire didn't even consider mentioning Cape Town's public transport as a viable way of transportation is sad. Couldn't keep watching after that.
We’ve mentioned the public transportation numerous times in our videos.
🛴🛴🛴🛴🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🍵🍵🍵🎊🎊🎊🎊
Not at all. They do not call it Slaapstad or sleeping city for nothing.
This homeboy got mugged 5 times visiting for 2 weeks. Dangerous place.
How on earth did that happen?? We’ve not been mugged once
@@RhettandClaire you're always stayed in super rich areas. Go down Kloof Street and even around Green Point stadium, you do realise that Cape Town is an extremely poor and dangerous place for 99% of people who aren't rich elois?
@@nickybutt9733 well that's any where in the world most poor place has more crime nothing different then the USA while rich area has less crime
Respectfully, If you stay in Joburg and call Cape Town unsafe then it's your own fault you got mugged.
Love the video, however it seems like a bubble to live in-- a gentrified one. Do you guys get to experience the culture, languages, and food of the country at all? It's strange to me that such a lush culture is turned into a commodity. Does it ever feel weird? Personally, I think adapting to a different country is more respectable.
Of course we do, this is our home country where we’ve lived for over 20 years.
i love you guys but why would anyone move into a city with very high crime rate? why would anyone put themselves in danger with so so so many options in the world? You have houses there with more security than Romanian prisons...
The crime is really not that bad. It’s the same as asking why people choose to live in New York City, Paris and London? Because they’re beautiful cities that deserve to be lived in. Cape Town is naturally way more beautiful than either of the cities I just mentioned, and it’s nowhere near as expensive. It’s an amazing option!🙌🏻
@@RhettandClaireIm from London man ,you guys may have mountains but have you seen kew gardens ,richmond park, greenwhich park, brockwell park, battersea park? London has alot of natural beauty in many of its parks ,its one of the greeenest citys on earth😮!!!
You use the words "London" and "natural beauty" in the same paragraph? You definitely have a great sense of humour. @@Matthew_Ssali
99% speaks English, but it being fluent🤣🤣💔you better re check your stats
