Tiffany, you are so humble , too humble sometimes. You need to let US tell you you are doing great and appreciate the fruit of your labor. You have a gift, a very special gift. And you share it with us all. It's ok to enjoy your moment. Bask in your glory, even if it is fleeting. You've earned it!

Of course there's symbolism to be seen in the fact that the literal fruit in her free hotel room looked too good to be real, yet it WAS real!! She works hard, she puts good energy out there, and she gives her all and sometimes gets great energy back in the form of some luxury, some acclaim, and some free stuff.

Thank you for mentioning the importance of silence in a live concert. I remember one particular moment of silence, and will remember it always. Around 20 years ago I was fortunate enough to attend a Promenade concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London with my teenage son, and Martha Argerich was performing a piano concerto (I don't remember which concerto). At the end, the applause was tremendous, calling the pianist and conductor back to the stage several times. Then, without warning, she sat down again at the piano. The audience of more than 5000 people, went completely silent. You could have heard a pin drop. It was an amazing moment (Prom audiences are amazing!). She then played some Chopin for us, which was the highlight of the concert. But I remember that silence the most...

I'm a self taught piano player going on for about 4 years now. I like watching your videos because they show me that their is so much more for me to learn and grab hold of. I don't have a teacher who can tell me about the way a note sounds or how colorful you can make your playing sound. I'm actually a painter but I like music so I learn a few instruments on my own and piano just sticks to me. I'm in college now and I try to learn everything i can from your videos and it's a different experience for me. I just want to say thanks for teaching me the things I couldn't learn on my own.

Hi Tiffany, after several months following your channel, watching you playing so wonderfully, rehearsing over and over again, and inspiring me to play my new 100% German Piano #SauterCarus, I am drawn to write these lines for you. You really inspired me to play more an in a new sensitive way and thinking about having a relationship to my piano. It`s because how sensitively you play and greet your piano as as your friend. I have never thought about doing this myself. Thank you for letting me /us learn from you. God bless you in return. You are loved abundantly (also without playing and being so good at it, but because of who you are.)

This unexpected resurgence of Covid has really messed up European concert life. I was listening to a great recital by Nelson Goerner for the Chopin Institute. I thought, oh great let me see when he'll be near Berlin. I went to his site, looked at his concert schedule - he has no concerts. This is an established, 50ish pianist and he has no concerts. Hope no one, including our Tiffany here, is taking it personally. It's the story everywhere for everyone.

Wow! Your layout is so awesomely made, Tiffany! Love the way you used the circle of 5ths and how the transitions so beautifully blended together between the endings and beginnings. Thanks for pointing those out to us! So cool the way you put those pieces together so beautifully. 👍
Love all of your videos!!! ❀
I learn so much new stuff about classical music through your vids that offers so much more to appreciate about Classical Music! For instance, I've heard about the fifths, but never really understood it in terms of how it's used in real life, and now you've shown me a perfect example in your short explanation of how you used 5ths to make such beautiful transitions between the different pieces of music. We are so blessed to have a classical concert pianist share her life with us in a way that allows us to know more about what goes on and what goes into the making of your performances. Your goals and objectives to spread a greater appreciation for classical music throughout the world are tremendously accomplished in this video! Well done! You are awesome beyond words, young lady! Thanks for yet another of your wonderfully presented videos, Tiffany! đŸ‘â€
Oh! BTW! You've already begun repayment of the kindness and generosity of those wonderfully gracious hotel managers because I will be sure to give them my business whenever I travel due to their kind treatment of you during your pandemic travel predicaments. I will recommend them to my traveling business associates and family and friends as well. So, just your mentioning them has already begun repayment for their kindness and generosity to our beloved Tiffany. Tiffany, I hope that one day you will be around again in Europe, and especially in The Netherlands. I am really fond to visit one of your concerts.
I discovered your channel a few weeks ago, and you are doing such a good job making classical music more accessible to the public.
You saying you don't deserve all of this, is simply not true. You are giving back to the world, so everything you are getting is what you absolutely deserve. Please keep doing what you do.
You are one of those pianists that will be talked about in years from now.
Your name will be called out next to Argerich, Arrau, Ashkenazy, Horowitz, Lang Lang, Pires, Barenboim, Kissin, Rubinstein, Richter, Gould, etc. etc. You belong in that list of brilliant piano players.
And it's not because people will compare you to them, it's because you're a unique player that brings so much artistry and virtuosity to the music.

How can you even say that you dont deserve this, you are the only one who knows how much work you‘ve put in to get to this stage. Not only the practicing, but also putting all this time into your videos and simultaneously launching together with classical. You absolutely deserve this all of your effort is just bearing fruits now :)

Dear Tiffany, I can see why you cried while preparing the Schumann Fantasie. How you played even the brief excerpts from it in this video was so moving, they brought tears to my eyes, and I’m sure the same was true for some in your lucky audience in Zurich. Chin up, good things will continue to follow you if you continue to be kind and keep striving! đŸŽ¶đŸż

Wow, I love the Schumann Fantasie dearly but it's only now that I realize what a wonderfull way it is to end a concert program, somehow the finale has this kind of late-Beethovenian glow or deepness, I don't know, but it feels like it says the right things to end...

That very classical Germanic room in your ZĂŒrich hotel had modern design classics from the Swiss/French architect team "Le Corbusier" - "nom de plume" of Charles-Édouard Jeanneret - but really designed by his associate Charlotte Perriand. Code named LC4, the lounge chair and LC2, the 1, 2 or 3 seat armchair/couch. These designs look still modern contemporary but are almost 100 years old.
Ms. Perriand went to great length to design proportions that would suit smaller and larger people comfortably.
If a hotel can afford that in your room, then you have been really lucky I would say.
But that's what you already said.

The only thing that looks WILDLY out of place in the room is the flat-screen TV. That already caught my attention in her IG story.... fits like "the fist on the eye" IMHO 🙃

Marvelous and so informative-to these old eyes your success is assured-if you can stand navigating the world of music politics. But it still comes down to pleasing audiences, which you do with your fine play and thoughtful musicality. Nice to know such a fine person and artist as you will be playing for us in the post Covid-19 world-something to look forward to during these grey times
