This Challenge was created by BU Discord member CampfireCollective, one of the creators and playtesters of the original Challenges in the game. Hand Size, Consumable Slots, and Joker Slots are all swapped. 8 Consumable Slots is a lot, but 5 Hand Size is pretty tough, even without only 2 Joker Slots.
To try these custom Challenges yourself or suggest Challenges (for djynasty to create and) for me to play, you can join the BU Discord either by one-time Twitch subscription or minimum Ko-Fi contribution.

I would say with 5 hand size 3 jokers 2 hands 8 discards 4 consumeables seems playable

Tbh 8 consumables is shockingly strong. I think 2 jokers 8 consumables would be winnable in a 10 streak. With all 8 planet cards you can literally make every single generated planet your target

8 consumable slots really do be quite worthles unless you get the observatory upgrade that gives 1.5x mult per planet hand and blue seals.

If you hold 8 planet cards you guarantee the remaining planet generates in every planet slot. Thats nuts. I reckon 2 joker slots 8 consumables is winnable every run

@@tsawy6 that's just telescope with extra steps? why wouldn't you use those slots for tarot cards instead? i feel as though they're significantly better in this case

@@mitenkitten shops too tho. If you had planet merchant you could readily level up straights by like, 5 levels every shop. Tarot probably is better, but planets would also be viable i reckon

@@tsawy6 oh yeah with planet merchant it's a different story but why would you ever take planet merchant if you can't guarantee that you'll be able to blacklist - plus you don't get the econ from temperance/hermit/fool as often, i just don't think it's worth
