Holy Shiznit! I've never seen somebody actually fight with all moves. Most douches play the AI repetition. It's good to see somebody make a real attempt at competition.
thanks man. I really try to play more like a human being and use different moves and avoid repetetive gameplays :) I am glad you focussed on that, many players are just spamming 1 move all the time (when this move works against the cpu, they keep spamming it in a 20 mins video...boring as hell). I have to mention that the video where I did the rematch is more a "spamming" gameplay from me, but normally I play like in this video here :) thanks man I appreciate it!
Man, the difference in damage between the two characters is some severe bullcrap. The typical SNK boss experience. What a nasty surprise to see the player losing. I didn't remember that the game looked this good by the way. It holds up surprisingly well.
Indeed! The problem is, that many fighting games wasn't that hard, the handicap was just different. For example when you change the difficulty to the hardest level, the cpu isn't much better, he has just more power than you
The game looks this good because they used a very high resolution to render the characters. The following time an SNK title looked this good was until KOF 12/13. I love AOF 1 and 2 for this
Nah. Most SNK bosses didn't have ai as shitty as AOF2 geese. You can only compare him to the sub bosses of kof. Which is a mixed bag of good ai and garbage ai.
This was a real badass playthrough against Geese. Robert seriously is an underrated character in SNK. He really doesn't get enough recognition compared to a certain character who awkwardly tosses his hat up in the air and shouts "OK!!" For no logical reason every time he wins a little scrap. 😒
HAHAHA. "Are you okay? Busta Wolf!" Or Terry's Victory Pose is throwing his hat and saying: "OK". Damn, Robert Garcia is really a good character (outfit and stylish moves), I do not know, why he slowly becomes a fool by SNK... sad
@@tarnakai7012 lol, right!? SNK kinda made him a joke character as the years went by. lmao neat.BTW, low-kicking that reppuken on round 2 was pretty pro. the sort of thing i enjoyed doing during 2p matches on the arcade lol. Few ppl realize to this day that in AOF you could break haohshokokens and similars with light punches
Yes! In AOF 1 you can break haohshokokens with light punches to avoid guard damage. In AOF2 you can only break fireballs like "Ko hou kens" or "venom strike" or something like that. You can only break Haoh schoko kens with EIji´s "Ryuu jin". Thats what I liked in this game, you can avoid guard damage, if you have the perfect timing to break those projectiles!
exactly and no more punching haohs on aof2 because SNK agreed it was overkill XD too much power spent ! but yes the GREAT thing about aof 1 and 2 was timing, while aof3 didnt even feel like aof.
