    2013 my wife and I renewed our wedding vows at sunrise on the shore of the lagoon. It was fantastic and went back for our 40th anniversary in 2018 brought the family and stayed in a 3 bdrm ocean villa, absolutely gorgeous!

    Thank you for all the great tips. Im wondering if the food and drinks are included in the resort price or we have to pay for food separate?

    • @LenBanks
      @LenBanks  Před rokem

      All food is separate. Only the cruise line is inclusive. Plan for a decent amount too. Hawaii food prices are higher and then the Disney prices are above that. But I believe you should be able to see some of the menus and prices on their site.

    In traditional Hawaiian culture Menehune are a race of diminutive people renowned for their industrious, secretiveness and proclivity for shrimp. Kaua'i is their home rather than the leeward coast of Oahu, which has other traditional lore, like night marchers.

    The Menehune trail with the ipad is super fun! We need to go back when their luau is back up and running.

    Our ears were fine when we got them on the shave ice. It was fine.. I say do it. :) Not the real dole whip.... it’s different at the dole plantation. But okay. Sorry don’t mean to disagree with you... great advise... you both seem really nice. :)

    Isn’t AMA AMA and the spa closed for the pandemic?

    • @LenBanks
      @LenBanks  Před 3 lety +2

      They have been, one should check to see what is open before they travel there in order to set expectations.

      @@LenBanks oh definitely. I have a visit booked for end of May. I’m curious how they have AMA AMA closed as it’s practically open air. The spa makes sense since it is close contact, but I’d be happy with just those spa pools! I’m still hoping a miracle happens before my trip, but honestly, I could nap in my chair by the pool and listen to the music and be totally happy with that.
