Go look at his record, not really impressive.. he’s definitely a good athlete and that’s why he’s stood out amongst a weak HW division.. he is 3w2L in his last 5 fights, IN 7 YEARS.. he is 2 and 2 in the last 6 years! He lost his last fight in 2021!! Dude hasn’t won in 5 years and yall think he’s a GOAT because he beat some past their prime less than elite athletic fighters..

Both incorrect. Jon definitely is concerned of Stipe. More than Gane. And Jones didnt hand pick Stipe. The reason Stipe and Jones are matched up is because its a potential GOAT vs the most accomplished HW in UFC history. So the UFC can sell it as such, which takes shine off of the fact that Francis Ngannou left as HW champ.
Also, Stipe has a wrestling background, and a weird proportioned body. So that alone is a concern for Jon,.
