Velasco then informed cristobal that Simon was being sent to the hospital and they gotta go. At the hospital, cristobal said he managed to minimize the swelling, velasco then asked if he’s gonna make it but cristobal said he’s not sure yet, considering he had a serious head injury and inflammation. Velasco feels bad and blames himself for what had happened. Antonia showed up and told cristobal that Rodolfo is calling for him. She then tried to cheer velasco up and told him everything is gonna be fine. Cristobal told velasco he still gotta wait for the results to come out, he advised him to go home and take a rest but velasco preferred to stay until Simon wakes up. cristobal insisted to why not rest and maybe find the culprits and he will take care of Simon. He admitted that hes not sure if Simon will ever wake up becos his head is badly beaten up and it might lead to loss of motor and mental capabilities…. While they were chatting, Simon finally woke up and velasco was happy becos he was able to recognize him. Velasco told Simon to rest but Simon still wanted to recite a poem, Simon was very thankful to velasco for saving his life and seeing him right beside him upon waking up. Simon then asked velasco if he’s willing to show his feelings without any shame nor fear. And velasco answered he will be with him for all his life, whatever happens.
