Jared Leto is better , but she's not bad
They tell you in the title that they are going for a different style than the original. Jared Leto's performance has much more emotion coming from him alone, this cover builds more emotion from the ambience of the style.

Same tbh. My ONLY nitpick is the "beg for the rest of my life" in the second verse. The octave jump in the original just has so much packed into it, but honestly the new background music makes up the lost drama of it

its because she compressed it into one octave, sung the verse higher than normal and the chorus lower than normal. its only half the range of the normal song, its also how i sing it acoustic. it makes it really easy but technically its cheating and tbh it just doesn't sound as good.
