I tend to believe she has a vivid imagination. I don't think she is lying. It all seems real to her because the brain can imagine things at an incredibly fast speed when we are asleep. My alarm has a five minute snooze function. I tap it and I get five more minutes to shake off the fog. I have had extensive dreams in those five minutes. I sometimes wake up wondering how could I have dreamed that many things happening in just five minutes. She may have gotten the idea of the aliens from a movie or a book. I have had nightmares of a friend wrapped up by a boa constrictor. I was using my pocket knife to saw off its head. That damned dream was so real I woke up soaked with sweat. I had a dream where I was sitting, talking to my grandmother who had been dead for 10 years. It was real to me. But I was able to determine it was a dream after I realized I had just woke up from sleeping.
