i really needed this. the lack of gratitude in my life destroyed my realtionship with many people in life... i spent most of my time complaining about the things that i dont have instead of spending time being grateful for the thing that i do have. This was like an addiction on my life which took a huge toll on me allowing me to be depressed and negative. Lord forgive me for the many times that i have been ungrateful.

I call it the “Gratitude Gap.” I picture myself and feel myself in that place of lack, that used to be me, and I feel that energy across space and time and I send my love and encourage across space to that old lacking version of me. The gap between, from how far I’ve been and far I’ve come, that’s my gratitude gap. I can feel how far I’ve come. I am growing up around Jews and I am deeply grateful for Jewish people and their unique culture and flavors. I am grateful for the United States. I am grateful for the cultural diversity of America, and the high vibration free spirituality that exists here. The people of America are gifted with much freedom & wholesomeness results, they prove ultimately human nature is goodly.
I am grateful for every American (and every person on earth) going out this year with a local tree seed to plant it. I am grateful that more Americans are getting in tune with nature and more nature learning and park space is being protected by local governments.
In Maryland we are giving thanks for the wild strawberries and raspberries that are now beginning to blossom all over, giving careful and respectful humans a chance to partake (only take 1/7th of the total you find in nature at most, this is the law of natural sustainability - do not harvest endangeredplants and protect all wilderness areas) in fresh from the wild fruit delicious and nutritious.
These wild plants will never be commercialized, they are weeds, growing wild in nature and yet they are the sustenance of so many life forms and of healthy humans who share nature with all other species.
The spirit essence of the berry's lives, the lives that give us spiritual peace by making the world around us green and beautiful, and spiritual fruit by being fruit in the summer time.
I am grateful that the berries are beginning to come out, and I am grateful that people are learning about edible wild plants, another great common nonberry wild plants is jewelweed, jewelweed can be made into a tea that can then be used to soak poison ivy wounds in (and clean and enditchy mosquito bites) jewelweed is a bright Greenleaf plant with orange flowers often found growing in streams and area where it's roots can be high submerged with water. Jewelweed is a good plant for internal detoxifying.
I am giving this Information, a little bit of information, about some plants found in my local area, because it is wisdom for people to know and have an ability to identify some edible wild veg herbs, the herbs eventually heal people in unexpected ways.
I am grateful that people throughout America are embracing the environmentalists call.

I am thankful for my aloneness during meditation, because it is more natural feeling for me than guided by word meditation, I am grateful for example that I am independent enough to meditate alone, read about zen alone and seek the flowers of spiritual enlightenment as one alone not as an experience with others and plurality.
To the world, perhaps some light of that side of me shines through like sunlight through the windows of my mundane connections to the earth life, but overall it is not integrated into my social personality or something I talk about with to others.
