S-Force Justify is such a cool boss monster its just sad that S-Force doesnt make him too often because it's more effective to keep more bodies for the column effects. They should have given Justify the Weather Painter effect where he can treat adjacent columns as S-Force columns so you aren't losing most 2 columns on summon.

@@torakandwolf6786 You will get both of them, like what they did with Rikka Solo.
1. Chase is target, and it can target any face-up cards and not only monsters. In GY, you can banish it as substitute for "banish from hand cost", and soon Retroactive can be the substitute too while this monster in GY.
2. Because we don't have Lapcewell, if S-Force banished, it is better and best option for now because it will be easier to recover with Pla-Tina.
3. Continuing the 2nd point, if you have Dimensional Fissure or D-Shifter, you can summon Justify in turn 1 and re-summon some S-Force from banish next turn with Specimen, target Pla-Tina, then summon other banished S-Force.
4. Field 2nd effect is OPT battle protection for your S-Force if your opponent attacks your S-Force in the same column with them. So, this protection comes where either your opponent is stupid enough and doesn't read the cards or you can put Rappa on the Field because Rappa's 2nd effect makes opponent can only attacks monster in the same column/in front of them.
5. Specimen is like Back to the Front or Call of the Haunted, but you can only summon in the same column with your opponent's monster. In GY, you can banish it and move your S-Force to other columns.
6. I hope Konami gives them another Spell/trap searcher so at least we can set Specimen and Chase in 1 turn.

@@ShinerCCC No, don't throw your Chase to GY. Because we don't have another good options for interruption or something to recycle the card from GY/Banish. It is better to keep Chase in your S/T zone. moreover, you can banish Chase as cost after you use Chase's bounce effect on the field, in the same turn.

Ive been a huge fan of S-FORCE since i started playing MD when it first came out, mainly because of how cool Justify looks. I even built an S-FORCE deck irl. The new support they have been getting is really nice for the power of the Deck, especially Retroactive and Night chaser

I find S-Force lore meaning quite amusing. Assuming they are "Spatial"-based force, trying to fight a criminal with the power of time (redoer), electricity/quantum (PSY), and cyberse/metaverse (I:P). Small world kinda gives it away since S-Force connects into every dimension/world/reality

I wish theyd expand on the idea a multi-dimensional archetypes that traverse betwee worlds interacting with random other archetypes. Theyve done this before with Vylons and Luster Pendulum.

S-Force is one of the few decks I play in Master Duel not just because they are a legit fun deck to play but watching a live twin or other link spam deck player scoop after finally reading what the cards do is just great.
So they are unfun
@@eavyeavy2864 They are fun deck for pretty much anything just one of the monsters prevents link summoning of 3 or higher using monsters in the same column as an S Force monster and I am not too big on link summoning.

it's so sad how konami almost never wants unique decks to be good. it's not that they can't labrynth is the perfect example, it really was the first trap deck that encouraged you not to play floodgates and still was strong enough to be meta so why can't a deck like s-force get the bare minimum to not turn into draft shaft. it has some good cards and it would be interesting to have a control deck that harasses your opponent through existing and your opponent having to play around collums on their turn

@@Boss-ry7gq well thats master duel but with lady you really can just beat decks by playing high impact norma traps like weighbridge to survive through the first turn cycle and the second labrynth gets to turn 2 it basically already has won the game. it doesn't even want to play skill drain anymore with how good lovely and lady are.

S-force is a pretty strong deck. They play really well with a lot of floodgates and they can be super oppressive for a lot of decks and they do play well with chaos and cyberse engines. Their issue is mostly down to the fact that everything they do is a 2 card combo making them really weak to interuption.

@@sendhelp4376 The deck plays well with every banish based floodgate and is practically unaffected by TCBOO and can get away with running summon limit or anti-spell if they want to. That's better than what a lot of other decks who just load on floodgates can do.

The problem is Konami keeps making such boring and broken decks that are completely one sided duels that fun and unique decks like this are heavily shafted s force and time theif are hella fun to play and could use some new cards

Glad S-Force do something. As lore rivals of my pet deck Time Thieves, it'd be a bit embarrassing otherwise, on a flavor level.
That archetype is a perfect example of not every deck needs a "Link-1 that searches the field spell just to make the archetype better" argument because the archetype requires to be good at first before receiving that support....... Link-1 should be not plagued with that cliche and use as a band-aid..... It should be doing something unique while helping the archetype itself.....
Thing is a link one that searches wouldn't even help the deck. Even the current one is only neat, alright really. But yeah not enough

I've been playing s force in duel links since they came in the orcust pack but my orcust pulls have been shite. It's crazy how a mid/bottom tier deck can actually compete in a low power level format.
Circular sets up the boss monster pretty easily but most of the times it's better just to bounce more cards

I'm a very mature person. When i tried s force on ygo pro i tried to make a sforce + PUNK engine... i called it "SPUNK-force"

Its still control tho, controlling your opponent to not playing the game
Shocking news, that's legitimately what control strategies are all about. Either that, or stun you for 5 turns with traps, or handloop your resources off your hand.
"It's combo deck" proceeds to show the endboard is generic cards and negate, then the play just sitting and waiting for opponent's movement, because the reactive negate can only respond when opponent do something.

At least this deck can move/summon to follow opponent's column, move opponent's with Justify, and bounce with Chase.
@@TWLSpark Shocking news, stun is Different from control. Control you are trading resources. Stun, you are stopping your opponent from playing the game entirely.
@@felipemendes5336 I know they're different, but I personally classify them into control strategies because they're more often than not playing into the same goal: controlling the board state (and letting the opponent play as impeded as possible, or not play at all) and beating them through smaller attacks, instead of going for an immediate OTK.
Still better than someone who literally doesn't know what some control decks are about, like OP.

Love this archetype though, probably my favorite one. Never tried this with Mask Change so that's a neat tech.

The animations were cute as a teaser. But now I just feel like I am wasting time seeing them over and over. They had editing and VA work put in, but I just wish I could skip them, I even skip over the intros of my favorite shows, should be no issue to feel that I should skip them.
