And I don't believe she just fell in love with him when he was at his worst financially and otherwise, who looks at someone that's a dumpster fire and says "Yeah...that's the one for me!" This could have almost been a touching statement about Burnell's marriage, if not for all the other stories he tells which paint a very different picture of how his relationship with Khet is really going; the fact that she doesn't want to be around his content, that she doesn't want to go out with him and in fact doesn't even seem to take care of any errands despite only working 3-4 days a week.
Oh and then taking a stab at Pandalee, who was only technically an adult when they started dating and finally went her own way not because of his financial troubles, but because he decided to broadcast her hospital visit all over the Internet.
