    What area of Nha trang are you in? Did you feel comfortable walking alone in the dark? How much was your hotel/food?

    Take the crazy 1939 French Train. It's old and quaint. I've done it from HCM to Nha Trang where most of my family lives at least a dozen times. Sleeper rooms are around $12US .

    Can I buy a visa at the airport or in person in nha trang vietnam how did you get your visa

    • @EricGoesTo
      @EricGoesTo  Před měsícem

      At the airport you can get one. I got mine online however

    • @jacksonalexanderholder6567
      @jacksonalexanderholder6567 Před měsícem

      @EricGoesTo I look it up online, it said something about aproval letters and e visa it said I couldn't get a e visa at the airport with a aproval letter

    • @jacksonalexanderholder6567
      @jacksonalexanderholder6567 Před měsícem

      But it's smarter to get a e visa online cause it bypasses all the stamping and everything that the aproval letter involves

    • @EricGoesTo
      @EricGoesTo  Před měsícem +1

      @jacksonalexanderholder6567 An e-visa is online only. You don't need any approval letter. If you wait for the airport it will be a visa on arrival. But not sure why it says you need an approval letter. It's very simple and easy

    • @jacksonalexanderholder6567
      @jacksonalexanderholder6567 Před měsícem

      @EricGoesTo it told me visa on Arrival part when I fill out the forms or whatever at the office on the first floor I would have to have an aproval letter to get my stuff stamped and approved

    If your bus to Nha Trang had stopped at least 20 times , it would take two days to get there . Please don't exaggerate man !

    • @EricGoesTo
      @EricGoesTo  Před 3 měsíci +1

      The bus line I took from Saigion stopped individually to drop off people in different parts throughout the journey. Stops were probably less than 5 minutes at a time. With 3 rest stops at 20 minutes. It would not have taken 2 days. What I said is very much accurate. It added on an extra 5-6 hours from my research 😅

      @@EricGoesTo What bus company did you take ? I always take Phuong Trang bus from the east bus station in Saigon ( bên xe miên tây ) to Nha Trang . It stops only at two rest areas for lunch ( 45 min ) and for washroom ( 10 min ) and no other stops to drop off or pick-up any passenger along the way . At the NT bus station there is a free shuttle service taking the passengers who need to be dropped at their hotels or houses . " Stopping 20 times throughout the journey", I never heard or experienced it . I am wondering if it's really true .

      The bus company is called hanh cafe. It's a sleeper bus. It stopped at different towns/ parts of town/ points of town to pick up and or drop off people/food and bathroom breaks. I even saw people talking to the employee to see if they could be dropped off at a certain location along the route. (Mainly vietnamese people)

      Plus You're at the Beach, Where they want to Rip off Tourists..

    • @EricGoesTo
      @EricGoesTo  Před 3 měsíci

      Im not a fan of overpriced restaurants, At minimum maybe for a beer if there isn't another option. I always try to look for the cheaper restaurants. I find that these random restaurants aren't as good anyway. I like more authentic food. At least, this has been my experience

    • @hungcuongnguyen293
      @hungcuongnguyen293 Před 3 měsíci

      @@scottadams5112 It's the same everywhere in the world . At the beach and in touristy spots the prices are always higher .

    • @EricGoesTo
      @EricGoesTo  Před 3 měsíci

      In my experience, it's one thing for prices to be slightly more near the beach , and that's fine. HOWEVER, it's also another thing to completely overcharge tourists, and I've seen both.
