From what I’ve researched, compressor usually needs to be replaced 20-25,000 hours. They are around $7-$8000 brand new. Something to consider. My trailer will be 10yrs old next year. But no, I’ve never been asked the age of my trailer. Even doing ice cream loads. But, the insulation does start to deteriorate after about 10yrs.

If you’re talking about the western star. That truck blew up. I had it on that truck for about 2yrs with no issues.
