Excellent how-to. Very good detailed demonstration of the steps. Thanks for pointing out the need to reset the TSA and clock (another good video topic would be how to set the clock for 12 hour format - specifically am/pm - not covered in the manual and notintuitive at all). I had my dealer install mine because I was having other work done and I had him run a 6' usb-c to usb-a cable from the charger kit to my handlebars to charge my phone while mounted on my quadlock.
Thanks for the comment! The bar mounted phone charger is a great use-case for having the USB charger module installed. I'll try to cover the clock reset in a video, definitely a unique process.
Thanks for this! We ran into the same issue with my g/f's TT660S - the machine didn't match the instructions. In the end, it was even slightly different than your bike...but she figured it out; your video helped tons. Thanks again!
Now if it was only accessible 😂 I installed mine tonight, and it baffles me why it’s under the seat. I’ll route a cable from under the seat up to the front I guess
Hay un conector bajo el semicarenado izquierdo que el fabricante garantiza 5A. Eso te dá la oportunidad de con un corto cable puedes instalarlo en la parte izquierda del cuadro. El conector es un FASTON tipo T.😊
Semi related- I'm trying to figure out where to tap into for ACC on switch wire for the Chigee AIO-5 Ride Navigation/Carplay Display. Any suggestions? Looks like it doesn't draw a lot of power, just to tell the unit to stay on when the key is on...
I don't currently have the charger connected to the Quad Lock. If I wanted to wire it up for charging the phone while riding I would need to run a cable from the under-seat charger to the handlebars. If I need to charge in an emergency I would need to pop the seat off and connect the phone cable to the charger.
I have one as well, but think it is not practical under the seat. What if you need to charge your NAV? By the way. do you have any plans to install crash bars or pads?
I am getting the usb kit installed this weekend. Also planning to get a usb extension cable to the handlebar . Will a 3m cable do justice or will that be too long?
The positioning of charging port itself is a joke !! You have to remove the whole seat to plug in your devices . I would rather have the charging port somewhere near to TFT console or on the handle bars which would be easily accessible and can just mount the phone on bar or inside tankbag. This doesnt look right !
Agreed, it's a strange spot for a changer since there isn't any room under the seat for storage. You can definitely run a USB cable from the charger to the handlebars if you need power up there. You'll have to get creative with the cable routing though.

Awesome, glad it was useful to you.
I went for the Oxford USB, it has two USB ports and is handlebar mounted which I think is more convenient.
I never thought that thought that a install video could be that informative. You must be a teacher or you have lots of kids.
Thanks! Not a professional teacher, but I've been into tech videos for a while. 😀

Me ajudou muito amigo, obrigado!
Great video! Nice accessory but why is it placed in such an odd and difficult-to-access location?
Good question!

Good vídeo, but tell me something, how do you chaege tour phone itlf you have a quadlock on the steering wheel? Big huge from Portugal

That seems a little long, but shouldn't be a problem if you can tie up the extra and stash it under the seat.
1,5 meters enough
Would be better if it came up to the handlebars.
Kinda stupid to have it under the seat. I guess we can find and use some cheap usb cable extender to the front.
