Jessica is a contest winner at one of the main TV networks in the Philippines. She's fairly new but is already making a big impact. She mentioned and thanked Katrina, who she looks up to, for reaching out and including her in this collaboratio and encouraging her to push out those high notes in the key of Z sharp during the recording lol
It's great to especially see seasoned artist like Katrina being able to graciously share the mic with a newer artist and create an explosive collaboration for the fans showing the industry and media that two vocal powerhouse women doesn't need to be pitted against each other rather can work together perfectly. It's a good first step in the right direction. Hopefully more dream collaborations can start happening in the near future!

Katrina was a lot more emotional doing this rendition. This is her 1st collaboration w/ other Artist after the death of her husband, Mike Shapiro, who also, musically inclined. I adore Katrina, there is something about her that is so engaging to my eyes and ears. She hasn't had an easy road but she keeps bouncing back and by god, she is overdue for some major recognition, especially in her own country, most of all I hope God grants her a future abundant with joy, happiness, and peace.
