You’re one of my favorite channels to watch on CZcams, and I'd also like to thank your camera staff for always being there with you - I really enjoy when you guys talk on camera! It is funny that you and the cameraman got too excited about catching a huge fish and meanwhile, you guys dropped like flies when you were done. Seriously y'all, the tuna jerky is SO GOOD. I've ordered it three separate times (batches of 10). I'm a grazer so if I just eat tiny bits of the jerky, it's loads better than chips or something. And it's better than any fish jerky I've found in the states so far. Even my cat tries to steal it when I eat it (and normally she is not food-motivated)!

Strongly depends on where you look. Also the Japanese don't operate under the assumption that home prices should always go up, since the buildings themselves are viewed as a depreciating asset like a car, since they inevitably undergo wear and tear and need fixing up, which is the way to go.
