Treatment of Pacemaker Pocket Infection

A 52yrs old presented with left side pacemaker pocket erosion .Leads could not be extracted because of firm attachment. Therefore, DDD pacemaker was implanted from right subclavian access. At the end of procedure ,the fluoroscopy looks something interesting !
