What do you think - is a panel of women judging menâs bulges on daytime TV harmless fun, or hypocritical? Letâs chat in the comments đłđș
You're totally right, if it was guys sitting there talking that way about women they'd be top of the nations most hated list, cancelled, their life would be ruined. Feminism and equality have swung way too far. Imagine Clarkson and Peirs Morgan sitting saying they don't shag their wife's and judging other women on day time tele, they'd be hung in public đ
Itâs so hypocritical, if the sexes were reversed there would be outcry. I stopped watching it years ago as it seemed 8/10 times like a panel of 4 people talking about toxic things and only getting away with it because they are female. Loving the podcast!!

@CR7 MU Calm down Ben Shapiro
@CR7 MU Please expand on how the ITV is leftist and how Loose Women is an accurate portrayal of their 'leftist' views.

He's spot on with this, if the roles where reversed the show would have been cancelled years ago. Its the equivalent of Nuts or Zoo magazine for women on TV.
You serious? People have been saying this since the show began. Tell me, what did Jack mean by "men have had their turn?"
I caught a bit of Loose Women when they were talking about and DEFENDING the Netlfix movie Cuties, that movie literally sexualised children but because it was directed by a woman they were praising it and you know if it'd been made by a man it would've been 100% condemned to the firey pits of hell

I agree. I'm a middle aged woman - their target demographic, I'm sure - and I find it the most awful, sexist rubbish plus it rams home the stereotype that women of a certain age are gossiping hags that treat men in only two ways, letching over them or complaining how 'useless' they are. It's kind of insulting.
YES finally someone in the comments who actually makes an ounce of sense
Mystery Egg the men they talk about most are their husbands Frankie Bridge is young Stacey is young they also talk about their kids and women issues I did not like when they did not like Trump but unlike you people I can handle different views like a grown adult woman LOL they also have raised health awareness done a body acceptance campaign to teach women of any age to love your body you are not focusing on the show and they also have a segment for men called Loose Men some are celebs but thats who viewers watch and they have issues and are people too some were regular people

Yeah it's probably shit dude I can't say because I've never been sad enough to watch it but just because there of a certain age doesn't mean there not women anymore you toolđ€
They hate men and they hate young attractive women.
No it's not that black and white. The imbalance of power between men and women matters. Seriously. Women are sexually assaulted raped and killed by men. Everything men do exists within that context. When men do it to women it is life threatening.
Donât forget the way they treated Kim Woodburn on the show by dismissing/laughing at her when she was talking about her childhood s*xual *buse.
The show has run its course years ago.
That was awful the way she was treated. Yes she's annoying but she's got problems and was so upset and for them to laugh at her made my blood boil. I hate the nolans they are bullying arseholes who ganged up on her.
That one has always stuck by me. Kim was completely set up, put in a honey trap from the beginning so she can be used as an easy target by the nolanâs and Linda and janet street bloody porter. Kim clocked onto this straight away and took them all on and demolished them - she does NOT put up with bullies. If you knew Kim Woodburn in the absolute slightest, you would know she is extremely down to earth, very polite and always so so friendly and warm - that is unless someone goes after her first. Kim did not deserve any of that treatment at ALL, when she was forced into mid meltdown about her extremely depressing childhood, the loose âwomanâ were laughing and mocking her, and dismissing her experience entirely, coming from a âmental health is importantâ company. The loose woman in that episode are absolutely cancerous.
@@oobiedoobiedoo1290 they were nt laughing at her abuse they were mocking her for attacking Colleen Colleen was physically abused she would not laugh at that Woodburn was ranting and Jealous how Colleen won their season of Big Brother and Kim did not

I love watching loose women clips to see Stacy Solomon gently fight middle aged women on their outdated opinions
They have some fucking nutters on there. Like Iâm sitting down to eat my lunch I donât need to hear how some angry middle aged woman wants thieves to have the death penalty đ
Those types of shows are breeding grounds idk if it was loose women or another womens talk but in one they where literally laughing at the fact a woman cut her man's penis off because he wouldn't have sex with her or he was annoying her something like that
Stacey Solomon is imo quickly becoming an actual national treasure. She's amazing.
You done your ghost song yet?
@@Noobie2k7 so true
They were literally doing the same thing on the show yesterday!! One of loose woman is in strictly and they had recorded a bit in her changing room with her dancing partner and he was topless and they were all talking about how lucky she was being in the room with a topless hunk. Then literally the next topic they talked about was about rape and consent and how itâs still rape if you make a comment about a girls appearance!! Such a ridiculous double standard
The male opposite would be Piers Morgan, Eamonn Holmes and Jeremy Clarkson looking at Porn and chatting about Belle Delphine
I'd watch that
Leave Jeremy clarkson out of this
Loose women is just a panel of demeaning women sharing often toxic opinions and belittling any guests they have on. Taking up a TV slot that could be used much better with such a big platform.
that is a lie they do not belittle guests
I think Ricky Gervais was on it and I think offended them.
âJanet Street Porter on if the Moon Landings were fakeâ

Loose Women shouldn't be cancelled for any other reason than it's crap. Double standards exist everywhere. We're all hypocrites really. It's just that most can't admit it
Yeah but we don't all spout our hypocrisy on national TV. It's like saying we're all racists, then having a half hour spouting that on TV.
whenever thereâs a male guest on Loose Women, heâs always either 1. sexualised 2. talked down on or 3. completely silenced through the whole thing.
That's not true though. Ever. It never happens. Actually watch next time.

Been saying this for about 3/4 years now Iâm glad someone actually came out and said it to a huge audience
As a non-british person I have enjoyed their talks on the menopause, which I haven't seen anyone on TV doing. I like Stacy and some of the other younger panellists but some of the older ones like Carroll and Jane are pretty terrible.
One episode I watched they were discussing how damaging tiktok is and how some of the videos on there aren't appropriate, then the next day they were all advertising they were now on tiktok
I've always thought that if there was a show called "loose men" and they talked about women the way those ladies can do sometimes there would be outrage. Hardly equal that eh.
Love how this morons fans are just realising this stuff. Wait till you find out what's really going on in the world sweetheart. You might not recover

I am sort of sick of them as well. They are playing on the double standards, and when someone calls them out, they laugh it off. But they have brought to light a lot of the issues that women were go through and made them less taboo. I applaud them for that.
HOWEVER, what I find most appalling is the fact that they keep Janet street Porter on the panel. The woman that knew what Saville was doing behind close door and didnât do anything about it. The rest of the panel should be ashamed to even be associate it with her.
There isn't evidence that she knew what Saville was doing, be careful what you put in print.
@@ninagray4441 She was literally asked on TV about Saville and said that she would have gotten in trouble or loose her position if she said something.
Today's hard-hitting question on loose women: "can you fit into your jeans from age 21?"
Absolute drivel
Well Iâm 23 and I can cut inti anything except fir small thin places
Thatâs modern mainstream media for you. I turned on Radio 1 whilst I was driving yesterday and itâs very rare for me to listen to anything other than my own music/podcasts in the car. As soon as I tuned in the host was having a discussion, with an adult male no less, regarding armpit farting and whether the caller could demonstrate on air that he had retained this skill from childhood. On BBC Radio 1.
My head almost fucking exploded. Humanity is finished.
I respect you guys so much in how you respect women and you most deffinately are âqualifiedâ to talk about it Cus this really hit the nail on the head. The double standards is unreal, I canât stand loose women
Itâs a shame because âloose womenâ has so much potential and they have been a genuine support/comfort for a lot of women when it comes to certain subjects that have been too taboo for anyone but especially women. They spoke about stuff like menopause, pregnancy, parenting, sex, marriage, aging, menstruation and mental illness before it was socially acceptable to. They have brought awareness to a lot of important issues over the years. However there has been increasingly ridiculous topics/debates that have been provocative for the sake of more views, I doubt itâs their fault as theyâre just doing their jobs by discussing whatever topic theyâve been asked to but the show can do better. I would love if they had an upgrade and brought it back to the people and stories that matter
Imagine if there was a show on national television where men talked about women's tits and which he better... Yeah.....
I agree... Things like symptoms of menopause and its different stages, depression, etc issues that really affect society..
Never forget when they had ago at Kim Woodburn for being a bully and they bullied her on live tv like ganged up on her was extremely uncomfortable to watch and it wasnât too surprising on how much they love the Nolan sisters they forced Kim and Colleen to bicker on live tv đ. I agree on this one show is incredibly outdatedđŻ

Iâm glad someone made this, Iâve had this debate with my mum so many times and she looks at me like Iâm crazy. Only logic, sexism at its highest
The double standards are ridiculous. The other day, I saw a book called "What do men think about other than sex?" Imagine if a man wrote a book called "What do women think about other than handbags?" There'd be outrage. Yet, somehow, the one about men is fine.
They're talking about the double standards of the show not in general. Here's one for you - confident men are strong minded but confident women are gobby or over opinionated. Double standards in general tend to cut against woman. But Loose Woman is a bag of horseshit

I hate Loose Women with a burning passion. I definitely think that womenâs equal rights has a way to go, but at the same time I 100% agree that the show paints men in a bad light and is unfair to them. They talk about menâs parenting rights and menâs appearances in such negative ways that it is setting back all of the strides that women are trying to make.
Well put
It should have gone 10 years ago
So the only reason you are against this is because of the effect is has on women's rights, not because of the negative portrayal of men? God forbid you could be against it just for that, eh?
