How To Decode The Master 1534D

Once again decoding the Master 1534D, this time with more of a focus on describing how exactly I'm going about decoding it. These are some of my favorite locks to decode as they provide great practice. However, as a lock to use for security purposes they certainly have some flaws.

Once I realized the number it should be on isn't the tightest, but the one it immediately loosens on (right after the tightest), had the lock open in less than 3mins. Works on every lock like this, with the dials, that I have. New skill acquired.

Thank you very much we have a four dial similar Master Lock been trying to guess the combination no such luck.
Using your Technique my son and I opened it in a few minutes it was fun both happy to have the lock open 👍👌😎

Is there a method to find the correct combination of one of these that is opened?
I have one that my ex changed the combination by mistake while it was opened at the gym - i don't know how but she already did that with half a dozen locks, but this is the one i couldn't recover yet.

I agree, I used to tension them by hand without attaching them to anything. It was doable but the feedback was much worse and my hand would get sore much quicker haha. This works much better now

My lock is locked so I can't push the arm in. How do I hack it that way. I can't pull on the arm because it's already out? Thanks.

I came looking for instructions on how to set the combination on my lock, instead I found a video that is most likely mainly used for helping thieves know how to quickly break into a lock. Real nice.
