    Tender pork in 5 minutes! Chinese secret to tenderize the toughest pork. So I haven't cooked the meat yet. This is the easiest way to tenderize pork/beef for quick cooking. This method is suitable for the most inexpensive meats. The secret is to use the one ingredient that every home has. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
    A creative recipe for cooking meat and an interesting serving of meat on the table. Combined with aromatic potatoes, this recipe will surprise everyone. Pork recipe in a frying pan. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
    ▶ Recipe and ingredients:
    ~ 1.2 kg pork (beef is also suitable)
    Fill with mineral water
    Let marinate for 30 minutes
    50 g butter, some vegetable oil
    Drain the liquid from the meat
    Simmer for 30-40 minutes
    new potatoes
    Cook in salted water until soft (15-20 minutes)
    3-4 onions
    Increase the heat to brown the meat slightly
    1 large pepper
    2 cloves of garlic
    30 ml soy sauce
    Paprika, salt
    black pepper
    1 spoon mustard
    200 ml water
    Simmer for about 10 minutes
    Drain the potatoes
    fresh dill
    some olive oil
    Salt, mustard
    40 g starch, 50 ml water
    Cook over low heat until thickened
    chives
    Parsley
    mmm...incredibly delicious dinner!

    The quality of your recording and your attention to detail is incredible. The video, and even the sound quality; makes the food look and sound incredible. It sounds fresh and looks delicious. At first I thought the pork was dry after frying it but your visuals proved that is not true. Great music, great recipe, and great visuals. I would encourage versions with english captions to broaden appeal to a wider audience. Well done.

    Проще и дешевле и быстрее купить нежёсткое мясо, чем смягчать его таким большим количеством не самых дешёвых ингридиентов. И сочетание их (например, часнок с луком или масла - соевое, оливковое, растительное) не самое оптимальное, поскольку отрицательно отражается на вкусе блюда. Да и картофель с кожурой. Да и слишком долго всё это тушится. В общем, крайне сомнительное блюдо. Возможно, китайцам оно и нравится.
