As always, you guys identify combos I hadn’t considered. Thank you.
I like the way how CMON went with the roman legionnaire look for these guys (the more numerous chainmail look, not the popularized lorica segmentata look).
It's also cool that they went with the heavy mace as a weapon as it looks it might be more appropriate to be used in the back alleys and cramped markets, streets and houses of King's landing than the heavy and cumbersome halberds of the GoT TV show.
On the other hand, halberds would be much more useful on the battlefield than the mace (not that I'd expect city watch armed with any kind of weapon to last long against properly armed men at arms on the field ) but it's fine, I guess, since we also get giants, bear cavalry and pyromancers ...it's a fantasy tabletop game after all ;)
P.S.: Lannisters got Halberdiers already, so that would have been redundant :)
I've already got mine painted 🎨
So excited about WAR on the TABLE.
Great video & content as always
Have two to paint two different styles. Love these sculpts.
Brigands attacking something with intimidating presence these dudes nearby was fun one game. Add Sparrow or Joffrey influence on an enemy and you've got some fun times
Another cool video albeit for the horrible Lannister’s lol
.
Can I ask a rules question ?
If an ability lets a unit attack at highest dice then another one says attack at lowest ? Do they cancel or is it last one played ?
Hey thanks to the comment! The Lannisters are definitely the bad guys!
If you check Page 22 of the rulebook, bottom right under “Dice Roll And Attack Die Modifiers” the final paragraph states that “If both of these effects are on the same unit, the unit will roll its Lowest Attack Die Value”
I’ve just gold cloaks a lot. Why am I not in this episode?
😂 We can’t afford your hourly rate Paul.
