For the crazy super high cost of the hellcats I feel like they should not be so easy to steal the reason they are stealing so many of them is they go and buy one from copart that has been either stolen and stripped or something like that so they get a hellcat chassis and body with a legitimate title and they take the parts off the stolen hellcat and put them on the one they got from copart that has a legitimate title and now they just got a hellcat for almost nothing at all I know someone who got a hellcat from copart that was a stolen recovery and it was basically the chassis and some body panels and he paid someone to go to a dealership and steal a new hellcat and he put everything from the stolen hellcat on the one he got from copart and I think the total amount of money he spent is around 7grand and 5 grand of that was to pay the person that got the one from the dealership it is not a good thing that he did this but he got the idea from CZcams and unfortunately alot of people that are doing this is messing up the hellcat brand I know a Ford dealership that works with a performance shop and they have a f150 sleeper work truck it's regular cab short bed looks like a work truck and when you order the truck from them they send it to the performance shop and they install a Whipple supercharger and some other stuff and the total cost is around 46k and the truck has at least 700hp when they give you the truck
