수영장이나 바닷가에 가면 물속에 가만히 가라앉아 있는것을 좋아합니다. 무중력, 혹은 엄마 뱃속같은 편안한 느낌도 좋지만 먹먹하고 아득하게 들려오는 물속 소리 때문일거에요. 그 느낌을 떠올리며 만들어본 음향 입니다. 스트레스에서 멀어지고 싶을때, 잠이 오지 않을때, 이 영상과 소리를 찾아주세요.

PTSD로 수년째 안전기지와 수면 위생에 굉장히 민감한 상태입니다, 게다가 최근 불의의 사고로 한달간 입원 치료 후 퇴원하고 나니
수면제와 항불안제로도 전혀 안정된 마음을 찾지 못해서 약물 대신 수면위생을 극대화하기 위해 각종 ASMR 유명한 컨텐츠들 접해봤어요ㅠㅠ
어지간해서는 안정이 되기보다 비주얼적인 측면이나 일정한 멜로디 등이 오히려 자극적인 변수나 기복이 되고 마땅한 영상도 없었네요.
다시 PTSD의 발작성 불안이 도져서 안 좋은 생각에 잠기는 밤이 반복되고 있었습니다.
그러다 우연히 알고리즘에 떠서 알게되었고 5일째 매일 밤 영상을 틀어놓고 자는데요, 일단 낮은 채도로 구성되어서인지 잡념이 침잠되는 느낌과 몰입감이 좋네요.
그 침잠속에서 몸이 가벼워지는 느낌과 함께 엔돌핀과 세로토닌으로 만들어진 이불속에서 헤엄치는 듯한 평온한 기분을 느끼게 됩니다.
정말로 딱 저런 기분을 느끼면서 잠들었다가 깨어보면 8시간 재생이 완료되어 있어요, 악몽 경험 빈도도 줄어드네요!!
30대 중반임에도 여지껏 본능적으로 가장 안전하다고 느낀 소리가 이렇게 태아일때 들었을 양수와 자궁의 혈류 순환 소리일줄이야ㅋㅋ감사 댓글 남겨요~

It almost sounds like an instrument from my country called the Didgeridoo. It’s a native Australian instrument and if you look how how it sounds, it’s incredibly similar. It’s sounds like home. God bless you and thank you for this wonderful sound

I used to go to this extreme meditation class where we would practice deep breathing exercises while listening to music, and the instructor would bring out a didgeridoo, go around to each of us and play it near our heads.
It was unlike any meditation I've ever experienced, but I can see what you mean about the sounds being similar.

다른 양산형 asmr은 반복된 영상 패턴이었는데 여긴 그와 다르게 영상미가 좋다보니 몰입감을 주는데 선방한거 같아요
지금도 훌륭하지만 물속에서 좀 더 잔잔한 음향(이를테면 원금감 있게 표현 , 입체감,) 향후에 리뉴얼 되길 기원합니다. asmr 바다 해양 수중 중에 대체블과급 1티어 팹시티급

The quietness of the water somehow remind me of a movie that I saw a long time ago. I remember it was about a girl who lived in a huge mansion and her parents owned a massive indoor aquarium tank that was incredibly spacious. One night while home alone, she wanted to swim in the tank with her fish.... sand at the bottom, some aquatic plants. She got changed into her bikini before turning off all of the lights in the house. In a beautiful underwater view, she plunged into the dark water in slow motion like in a pool. As she lingered in float and swam amongst the fish, soft romantic music just like this played. I was in tears as her being with her fish was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. Really romantic. Swimming in the tank was perfect in the darkness. I would have loved to put on my own bikini and jumped in. ❤️
