We don't need defenders. The last really entertaining game of football that we played was Chelsea vs Everton. Why not splash cash on another world class attacker like Greizmann, Bale, or even God Damn Pedro even though he is not world class in my opinion. My point is we need attackers so Hazard doesn't have to do all of the work.

Daniel Pytel Well said mate. I really love this club and have been saying for a long time Hazard needs help in that midfield. It's was made evident in this game. Too many back passes and not enough creative or encouraging play going forward. There were bits where the red bulls were just flat out outpassing & outplaying us. They came out showing attacking intent and we came mainly making a lot of passes with not much purpose. It's sad really. Our inability to kill off games has hurt us on multiple occasions yet Mourinho's reaction is to sit back & let the other side keep building momentum until they score on us. Our attacking play has to improve otherwise we'll find ourselves going down in Europe top clubs. I'm worried that despite all of this Mourinho won't put too much effort into it.We still need another top attacker in that midfield to aid Hazard, Costa & Fabregas. Oscar atm simply isn't good enough ( I really hope he proves me wrong). Mourinho didn't make attacking easier for Hazard selling Mata & putting an inconsistent Oscar in his place.

We did play our best players though. In the first half we played Courtois, Ivanovic, Zouma, Cahil, Azpilicueta, Fabregas, Oscar and Remy and we went into half time we were 1-0 up we then had Terry, Zouma, Azpilicueta, Ramires, Oscar, Hazard and Costa and lost 4-2 the whole team played diabolically especially Begovic
Jeff Jeff Ya all of our best players did play but I'm talking about all of them at the same time. And not to mention how shit our youth talents were. They should be playing better than that. Did you see how young some of the Red Bull players were. Our youth team should be able to compete with New York let alone our first team!
The lads are still rusty I remember last pre-season we lost 3-0 to Werder Bremen,it's not the end of the world trust me.
Akagami Shanks New York was probably also rusty. We should not be losing to a team 1/3 our level. We have money to spend so why don't we fucking spend it. It's like we never want to reach the level of barcelona. I guess Mourhino is fine with just being an alright team rather then a brilliant one. Won't be suprised if Hazard leaves us just like Sterling left liverpool to find a better team. So far this transfer window the squad has worsened and we spent more money then we gained. I hope Mourhino has some tactical magic left in him cause with our current squad we are gonna need it to win the leage.
Btw I'll always be a Chelsea fan and I'm just pissed cause the club means the world to me. Even if we get relegated in 10 years time I still will support chelsea.
