I am T2 diabetic with Cushing syndrome. That only took 20 years to diagnosed, being told to just loose weight , when it’s impossible 😞😮‍💨 Get yourself an Endocrinologist that specialises in Diabetics and Cushing syndrome . It is life changing. 🐨💗

I love these ideas. And as well, I've been getting a weekly massage to reduce my stress. :)

I have suspected that I’m living with hypercortisolism and it is at the source of my development of diabetes in my late years. I’ve discussed this with doctors & just don’t get anywhere. I have eaten well for 60 years and meditated & manage my stresses for years but now in spite of my attempts my nervous system seems to be hyper tuned and I suspect cortisol is flowing freely with even one stressful thought or a short bit of physical effort.

I’m so sorry it’s been a struggle to get someone to listen to you. I hope that you’re not discouraged from continuing to advocate for yourself. You deserve answers.

Looking great! You are one of the few people who know about High Cortisol’s effects on DT2 and Obesity.
Women take on too much! They put up with bad relationships, bad bosses, etc. We think we have to do it all to be appreciated. But society needs to learn that being a wife and/or mother IS A JOB.
