red chili crushed 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
garlic crushed 1 tbsp
oil for grease grill pan
Sauted vegetables
oil 2 tbsp
onion 1 large sized
cauliflower boiled 1 cup
carrots boiled 2-3
sweet corn 1/2 cup
peas boiled 1/2 cup
capsicum 1
salt to taste
black pepper crushed 1 tsp or to taste
mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
vinegar 1 tsp
Mushroom red sauce
oil 1 tbsp
garlic crushed 1 tsp
mushroom canned 1 cup
black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2-3 tbsp
vinegar 1 tsp
chicken powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
salt if needed
dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
corn flour 1 tbsp mix in water
grease sizzler with butter
onion slices
grilled chicken
vegetables
french fries
red mushroom sauce
