I never experienced the loyalty, generosity, and honesty of Rachel, Hannah, or Esther.
I experienced yours, whom nobody can surpass, subdue, and substitute evermore.
Nonetheless, I won't love you anymore and won't keep the stint with you.
That's because I will surrender to my fate, accept the truth, and leave the world for good.
I won't hang out with you as I have another life to lead, and of course, I'll be alone.
I won’t feel the tenderness of your hug or listen to the sound of your breath.
Never, ever will I dance with you in front of a huge crowd at a lavish party.
No romantic conversation between us will take place in person or on social media.
That’s because I have to spend time with people from another planet, getting out of your sight.

With the sound of this drizzling rain
Of all the problems that I contain
And of the opportunities that I miss
Wait! I don't complain, maybe, I deserve this.
From being realized, someday, of my not so precious worth
To getting this anxiety from that day forth
All I got was disappointments, even though I wanted was bliss
But yet, I don't complain, maybe, I deserve this.
I'd just wanted someone to listen
But for several times, hurted myself for the same reason
Still couldn't get anyone, except for my broken peace
And yes, I don't complain, maybe, I deserve this.
I looked around, for it was almost all black
Only thing visible to my eyes, we're the lights of abilities I lack
I watched them getting brighter, although I wanted them to dismiss
And still, I don't complain, maybe, I deserve this.
Now I've realized, my own support, for me, is enough
For the times when things just keep getting rough
So, please.. don't mistake my self-care for selfish
'cause, deep in my heart, I know I don't deserve this.
