The fact that Tara has experiences like making it to top 24 of the X-factor & being on the cast of the broadway musical Fame in NYC. I would say it gives her the edge over other vocal coaches. Not only she's adept technically but she does Artist Development as well because she experienced it herself.

i really love how she criticises all singers without fear of getting judges. that is what you called a reaction video. you react and explain why you react that way in order for us to understand the goodness or badness a singing video has. love this. it is not just like any other reaction videos that the only thing you can hear is "wow". although sometimes you also say that but with explanation why it is to be called wow. i really lovw morissette amon but i love how you made me think that even the best singers makes mistakes😅

Im so glad that you actually point out places where the singers actually make a little mistake. Many of these "Vocal Coach" reacts tend to just focus on the good parts, but it's important to learn that even the best have days off and make a mistake every now and then. Thank you Tara!

Singer have their own style whats is important is how clear, how smooth, how technical and vocally she can interpret a song shes singing, with Morissette she is a gifted vocalist, the way she sing the melody, the whole song is amazing😄👑

The one thing I like about a singer being a little flat or sharp is that you know auto tune is not in play and you are getting a realistic performance!
I believe those "mistakes" are emotional notes. I basing it on when people say a singer sounds better live than on a recording. Pitch correction can take the extra emotional input away from a song.
True. I don't remember that Morissette use autotune or lip-synch in any performance. She always sings "Live" That's why I became her fan. This was done several years ago and she has improved a lot now. 💙💙💙🇵🇭

This is SUCH a hard song too, not just technically, but emotionally, and she nailed it.

I watched every Dimash reaction from Tara and Sam and since Dimash is such a versatile and complete singer I felt like Tara explained more of what he was doing than Sam, but nonetheless both are great in their own way (And I like Tara's reactions more than Sam's but that's completely subjective).
Tara, I must have watched twenty or more of your videos now. You’re detail, verbiage, and clear explanations are SO impressive. This was so packed full of information I'm probably going to watch it several times to catch it all! Love this girl to the bone! Ive seen her live twice now (as recently as a couple of weeks ago in Vegas) this girls voice LIVE is unreal just un-freakin- real! Goosebumps, chills and awe! She will be in California LA on May 17th (Anaheim) for a concert. And near San Francisco in Pittsburgh California on May 12! I dont know how often you are in California but if you are there in May, its a show to not miss! Thank you for featuring her on your channel again! You've got a following in her fandom so I'm definitely going to share this on Twitter!
Hey Terri, I need advance info on her future concerts. I'm in Alaska and I need at least 3 months to make plans (leave, concert, hotel and plane booking). I don't mind flying to LA or Vegas. I need early info because I want to book premium seats. I wanted to go to Cache Creek or the M but by the time I got confirmation they were almost sold out and the seats left were all the way at the back. TIA if you can help on this.
@@pragmaticpinoy8979 I feel you. As of now, public scheduling only goes to that May 17th date. I haven't seen anything beyond that. To be honest, I found out about Vegas very early by accident. I was watching Footage from her New Years concert with Martin Nivera and he leaked it. The only advice I can give you is to follow the Solidmowienatics page on IG. They always have the concert info early. I also recommend that you don't go through ticketmaster. Call the numbers provided and talk directly to the promoters/sponsors and let them know you are flying in. Very few fans fly in, most of the audience is local or from surrounding areas. They are extremely nice about really helping you have the best experience when you are making that type of extra effort. Hope this helps! (Also follow Morissettes official fan page on Facebook more info there too)
@@BoraViolin I follow the FB group page you mentioned and even messaged them directly but got no response sadly. I even tried adding Mori's make up artist just to get early info lol but he's probably not adding people he don't know. Thanks for the reply though.

I wanna thank you for doing these kind of reaction videos. This makes me appreciate the little things that the singers are doing while they are singing like the different vocalizations. I really love it!
She sounds like if she could shock the whole world with very beautiful difficult songs that are especially written for her.
When I first heard Mori I was so in love with her voice(still am) that I did not see the technical issues you pointed out. I was so defensive of her that I was unfairly critical of anyone (sorry Vocal lexicon) who thought anything beyond perfect. But I failed to realize to err is to be human and the bookmark to perfect is to improve. Her vocal support for her low notes have improved immensely since then ie “Run to You” cover of Whitney Houston. Thank you for your awesome analysis.

Stone Cold is a Demi Lovato song. ..and thanks for a lovely reaction. Mori sang this in 2016 (do not get fooled by the MYX videos being uploaded 2017. They were shared more or less a year late), so she had just turned 20 years old i think. She has come a long way since this performance, but man do i still enjoy it :)

Demi will always be the best at singing this song. It was literally BUILT for her voice. But this girl does a fantastic job, love that it isnt auto tuned either!
