There’s a reason vocal teachers teach. After growing up with a girlfriend who was an opera singer it was idiotic to see her and her friends taught to do things that ruined the naturality of their beautiful voices and take away from them what made them special and gave them notoriety. Keep vocal teachers away from the special voices to not ruin what made them special.

i would just move my lips. when i was in choir, i got panic attacks, except i wouldnt know what panic attacks or anxiety was til my late 20s and i got diagnosed in my 30s with 4 different anxiety disorders.i still like to write my own songs and sing for fun. i truly wish i was capable of singing in front of ppl though. i love hearing other people sing : )
