OMSI 2 - Neoplan N116 Cityliner

- The Neoplan Cityliner series was introduced in 1971 in Monaco. The bus had a passenger platform above the driver's cab, and included an onboard toilet. Thanks to this design, the bus had bigger storage space than other vehicles from that time, and the driver had a better view too. This design is called "highdecker". Also, this vehicle was the first instance when glass-fibre reinforced plastic was used for certain areas of the body.

Both manual and automatic versions are available. IBIS, destionation signs, and other misc items are hidden in the "glove box" on the right side of the dashboard.

For anybody confused. With the automatic version, if you make sure it is in neutral, accelerate and then start the engine, yous should be revving in neutral, the engage drive with the parking brake off. The problem with the bus is that is simulates you being in gear with the clutch off, no matter how you are idle. Hopefully that makes sense....

Okay I'll be honest, I cant get passengers to get in the bus what so eevr and i've tried everything for days as far as i'm aware. Could someone by a miracle help here?

After the patch I still have the üroblem that I can't shift into a gear with the manual version. Does anybody know a solution?

Well, i do get an error when i select and load the bus. "fehler bei bereichsprüfung" Any ideas how to fix it?

Routeres1994 I got problems, i have download the bus and i got 2 versions, economic and the normal one, but if i wanna start up the economic one he doesn't turn on, the normal one turn on but i can not drive. heeeeelp

The ecomat-version seems to be only made to make the bus run as an AI-vehicle. So actually, this bus has got a manual gearbox. I don´t know if there will be a running automatic version.

You need to have your foot on the gas when you turn on the engine.
Mr. K Dilkington nrbbi I've gotten that far, but when I release the gas button, the engine decides to shut down after a few seconds.
One question : How can i see a stop request. Is there any light or so ? If not maybe someone could script a noise if somebody would like to exit the bus ...
yes i was thinking about it the same, the best what you can do is press Shift (with arrow)+Y so can you see the speed limit, Time, date, and more, and the activity's also the stop reqeusts
Yeah. In germany it is Shift + U but you can´t know that i´m gernan. But driving with the red text is lame. But the ÜL is here so who needs a Cityliner :D
Driving with the red text is lame but helpfull for stop reqeust for neoplan N116, Or you can just hear when they wanna go off your bus

To install vehicles in omsi 2 do you just drag the bus's file into vehicles?
Yeah but not the .zip open the .zip and put the folder inside into your vehicles folder 😀
